An Exterritorial Object in Space refers to any physical or artificial entity located in outer space that is not governed by the territorial sovereignty of any single nation. In essence, it is an object that exists beyond the legal and political boundaries of Earth-based jurisdictions, operating under the unique framework of space law rather than national law.
