Encouraging Christians

When we see ourselves’ or others’ adversity, the first thing we think is, “What did I (they) do to bring this into my life?” Am I being judged for sin? That is the wrong focus. Don’t let a trial make you focus on sin, focus instead on the Savior. Don’t focus on what caused the problem, focus on the One Who has the solution! John 9:1-2

Are you wondering if Jesus knows what difficulties you are facing right now? Do you wonder if he even cares? John 9:1

Running up that hill. Riding up that hill. Neither are easy. Both are challenging. Simply walking up the hill might muster all your strength. But keep moving forward no matter what. James 1:2

If you want personal revival you must be willing to allow God’s Spirit and God’s Word to impact your mind (intellect), emotions (how you feel about things), and your will (your choices). Are you wanting to experience personal revival right now? Nehemiah 8:1-9

What does it mean to pray through? Did God ever instruct us to pray through? Are you willing to learn to pray through? Philippians 4:6-7

Many are on the broad road, few are on the narrow, which one are you on? Matthew 7:13-14

Do you want to make gains in this life? Do you want to make great gains? 1 Timothy 6:6

Being revengeful towards others is non-Christian activity. Are you vengeful towards people you believe have wronged you or someone close to you? Romans 12:17

God cleanses and pardons His children of all their sins, transgressions, and iniquities. Jeremiah 33:8

The walls are closing in. You are stuck in the inner cell of the prison. God wants you to call on Him right now. He wants to answer you. Will you call? Jeremiah 33:1-3

God is faithful to you and I. Even when it seems impossible. Hebrews 11:11-13

God led Abraham to a place that Abraham was not aware of. Abraham just simply followed. Are you following God by Faith in your Christian life right now? Hebrews 11:8-10

God warned Noah about the Flood. God told Noah to build the Ark. Noah followed God’s direction for 120 years and built the ark, by faith. Hebrews 11:7

What is being observed of you in your race right now? Do people see that you love to please God? Yourself? Your friends? A family member? Hebrews 11:5-6

Abel did what God said to do, they way God said to do it. Hebrews 11:4

Running your race will challenge and grow your faith. Hebrews 12:1

Who are you watching and learning from in your life of faith? Who is watching you and learning from you? Hebrews 12:1

God wants to use you for His ministry to people. When God uses you to minister to others, that brings Him glory. Which miracle that He wants to do through you is any more important than the others? Mark 6:52

When there is more ministry to be done, more people who need you, God will give you just a little bit more. Mark 6:34-44

What ministry are you involved in that requires you to give of yourself to others? It’s not for your benefit, it’s for His glory. Mark 6:34

If you are in the struggle and fight as a Christian, you need to learn how to rest. Do you know how to recharge your batteries alone with God? Mark 6:30-31

Is there a wall of separation between you and God or are you close to Him? Isaiah 59:1-2

Iniquity is me choosing to willfully do opposite of what God says for me to do. I have a problem with iniquity sometimes, do you? Isaiah 59:1-2

Do you wonder why some prayers get answered and some do not? Isaiah 59:1-2
