Xiao man is the second Solar term of summer. We’ll talk about bitter melon, water wheels and delicious mulberries!

Li Xia is the start of summer with chirping crickets, earthworms helping farmers turn the soil, and of course, egg-breaking battles. We'll explore the food, culture and history of the 7th solar term. 

The Grain Rain - Gu Yu - is the last of the Spring terms. It's time to enjoy beautiful peonies, grain rain tea, and of course, the beautiful end of Spring. 

It’s time to talk about the fifth Solar term: Qing Ming. We’ll chat about thigh soup, remembering your relatives, paper burning and all things clear and bright!

We’ve moved on to the fourth Solar term: Chun Fen, or the Vernal Equinox where the day and night are equal in length. We’ll cover everything from Sun cakes to acupuncture, with guest appearances from Tommy the Dog and Charlie the Cat.
