TOF 71 God Save The King. In a solemn Twitch of Fun recorded at 8pm on the 8th September 2022, the darkest day in UK history, we reflect on the life of an amazing woman, plus why you shouldn't hold in farts, living in a 170km long city, a woman upset with Greggs not stocking something that they were stocking and a eulogy from an excised testicle. Plus Richard is haunted by his younger self and peo...

Twitch of Fun #70 - Nude - Richard and his puppet pals are back from their holidays and trying to remember how everything works. Unfortunately for us they more or less manage it, although they need to resort to a tiny amount of puppet porn to keep viewer figures up. Apart from that, it's business as usual - a bit of singing, a touch of satire, and some heart stopping predictions from Sybil. More e...

James and Dave are joined by a gang of Geekers to celebrate the first 200 Episodes. A deep but fun discussion about credits, com dram and commissioners. Chapter 124 - Ftone Halloween. It's 8.14am on the 25th August 2022 and after a month of stone rest, Herring is back. Will the Ftocean be clear of crops and if so what wonders shall Herring find? Remember size and hardness is not important in any way, but you always remember the particularly hard ones, plus a stone the size of a child's head, but which child and just general excitement to be back h...

Chapter 123 - Thiftle Be Ye Laft One of Ye Fummer. It's 5:23pm on 26th July 2022 and the sun is burning hotter than it looks like it'll be and a dehydrated Richard Herring barely manages to clear a stone, let alone talk about it. The thiftles cheer him on his way to Fcotchland and the bramblef magically appear for to give him fuccour. If the Stone Gods will it then we will be back in the autumn fo...

Episode 69! Goodnight Sweethearts - It's the end of the current series of Twitch of Fun and what a number to go out on! But will we return or will Richard finally have made the breakthrough to proper TV. That's right TV. Which has ten years left. Just the right time to leave the internet behind. Does Sybil see more Twitch of Fun in the future? And why didn't she see the tyre blowout that put paid...

Chapter 122 - Daify Duke. It's the evening time of 20th July 2022 and after a hiatus the stone clearing podcast is back to tell you how to clear stones when the earth's vagina is baked hard and the crops are thick. In the heat of the summer this is an exceptional sexual chapter and must not be listened to children or adults who don't like to listen to a man talking about being sucked off by stones...

Episode 68 - Modern Girl - Richard has been taken advantage of by Ian Pizza Express, but at least he now knows the best way to cut up a pepper. He is (eventually) joined by Ally and they discuss Richard's glittering new TV career, whether Rich is married to his mum, dolphins pooing on coral reefs, Brad Pitt being unable to recognise faces and why only three Michael Jackson records are being cancel...

Commissioners say they love them, they remain hugely popular, nobody's writing them. Surely the answer is obviously yes yes yes! Dave and James think so but be aware of the high risks - and you'll need to think creatively about pitching the idea. More episodes: https://www.comedy.co.uk/podcasts/sitcom_geeks/

Young Howard decided that The Wind in the Willows just wasn't realistic enough - so he rewrote it. More episodes: https://www.comedy.co.uk/podcasts/worst_writer/ Join the gang: https://www.patreon.com/manbuycow

Frame 147 - Maximum Break - An incredible landmark as the podcast hits its 147th frame. Sadly everyone involved is so knackered that this is going to be a total waste of 20 minutes of your life. Richard seems annoyed to be there, the players can't play, the referee can't remember whose go it is. Absolute fucking shambles. TOF Episode 67 - Sex Mites. Richard is killing time before the Champion of Champions Taskmaster show airs - has he beaten the odds to win? He and Ally discuss the perverts in our pores, newly single Jerry Hall and soon to be married (?) Olivia Wilde and insensitive to people who obviously weren't witches. There's a return from the dead for an unpopular character and perhaps in exchange the loss of...

In Part 2 of the interview, Ashley Pharoah, co-creator of Life On Mars, explains the eight years of development that preceded the hit drama, and how it literally involved bags of money. And entertains us with tales of his other top-rated shows and, ah, Bonekickers. More episodes: https://www.comedy.co.uk/podcasts/sitcom_geeks/

Frame 146 - No, I'm Czechoslovakia. In a crucial frame in the contest, Me1 takes on Me2 at snooker to see who is the best at snooker. They are both tired and dizzy and there are a few fouls in this one and practically no decent play, But you have to take the rough with the smooth and snooker is a game of two halves, so shut up with your complaining and just watch or listen to it and be grateful it...

Twitch of Fun - Episode 66 - Check it! History has been made. Twitch of Fun has gone live, in front of a studio audience, full of countless fans (if you're unable to count over 60). In an impressively unprepared show on a very slow news day, Rich and Ally and the puppets that could fit in Richard's bag discuss the world's loneliest tortoise, the hands of Prince Charles, the world's most vengeful e...
