Topics we tackle include: Black Lives Matter, Christian worldview, some true history of slavery, God's sovereignty, social justice activism, "white privilege," police brutality, racism, forgiveness, and redemption. How should the church respond?  So much could be said about the current state of our culture, but the premise of this conversation is America has gotten off track because we have abando...

Today's discussion with special guest, Elizabeth Johnston "The Activist Mommy" focuses on the agendas of the left impacting America's children, particularly the radical sex "education" taught in government schools. David also addresses the COVID 19 nursing home death numbers from state to state and the irresponsible policies that led to this tragedy. The post Elizabeth Johnston: U.S. Shut Down Doi...

discuss the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision to strike down Gov. Tony Evers (D) unjustified extension of his own 'Stay at Home' order. Our lives have been changed by COVID 19, but have they been changed forever? Decisions are being made, guidelines are handed down, orders are challenged, and courts are involved.  Let’s talk openly and honestly as Christians about faith vs fear, and let’s consider...

Kathy Barnette is an author, conservative political commentator, veteran, a former adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance, conference speaker, and is running for U.S. Congress in Pennsylvania. Her mother was raped at 11 years old but in the midst of horrific circumstances, decided to give birth to a beautiful baby girl. Kathy Barnette sat on the Board of a pregnancy crisis center for 5 years, but...

Becoming a Christian doesn't take away the seduction and temptation of the world and the bad habits from our past. And just breezing in and out of church every Sunday does not magically transform us. It takes the power of God to transform us by renewing our minds and it takes much effort on our part. Plus, for those who have enjoyed fame and fortune, the lies of the enemy must also be overcome. To...

Since Christianity affirms the humanity of preborn children, and that abortion is the murder of preborn children, why is it still legal in America? Sharing the gospel and making Jesus known must be top priority to those of us who claim the name of Christ, but should we not aim to end one of the greatest human miseries and moral evils ever to be entrenched in our world? Today's guest believes human...

Why is abortion such a divisive issue in our culture and the world today? Why does the issue of life in a mother’s womb even divide Christians? It’s politics; abortion is big business. God speaks very clearly in Scripture on the value of the unborn. It’s the basis for both the Jewish and Christian faiths. The post Paula Peyton: Rape Doesn’t Define Me, God Does appeared first on Stand Up For...

God speaks very clearly in Scripture on the subject of human life and the value of the unborn. It's quite confusing why some Christians are still open to exceptions on abortion and others are proudly pro-choice. Even science and biology provide evidence for human life in the womb. We know at conception, a person's complete DNA is present - separate from the mother - and we know when a baby's heart...

There's so much happening in our world, country, and culture today it's hard to know where to start. We cannot possibly tackle all the tough, controversial issues, but we sure can address some of the most recent news stories that affect our lives, our children, or churches. David and Crash go through a few dozen news items of interest and strive to offer a balanced, Christian perspective to what's...

Should Christians engage the culture and help expose darkness? Didn't Jesus say we are the light of the world? Are so-called political and social issues also moral issues we should be speaking about? Today's guest, author and activist Elizabeth Johnston, aka the Activist Mommy, says 'absolutely,'  and states: "The Left has been advancing and claiming more territory while we have attended church, c...

Our culture is in a state of chaos. From young children being taught they can be whatever gender they choose, to adults being too busy or overwhelmed to deal with the onslaught of propaganda against Christians, biblical values, and religious freedom; something must change before it's too late. Linda Harvey writes: "Truth is critical to a dying patient, and America is gravely ill. All that can save...

Black lives in mother's wombs are perhaps some of the most endangered human beings. There is an abortion every 26 seconds in America, and in recent years, statistics show the black and Hispanic populations taking the hit. In New York City, for example, more black babies are now aborted than born.  The post Walter Hoye: Black Pre-Born Lives Matter to God appeared first on Stand Up For The Truth Pod...

To those of us who are older, seasoned Christians perhaps, we see an America today little like we experienced growing up.  Certainly there were problems throughout our history, but nothing like we witness today.  Moral decay, including the murder of 60,000,000 million children through abortion; a public education system that is in lock step with anti-god globalists; a media with no sniff of object...

While deadly shootings and gang violence continue on the streets of Chicago every weekend, two horrendous mass shootings took place in Ohio and Texas. One man was apparently a radical right-winger and the other a Satanist, Democrat, and radical left-winger.  Americans and the media seek answers, but continue to refuse to accept the plain truth: increased evil and lawlessness because the truth of G...

The economy in our nation is doing well and many Americans feel life is pretty good.  But there are storms brewing that might threaten to bring more chaos and division to our nation as the underlying social and spiritual fabric of our nation spirals downward. Democrats seem intent on getting rid of President Trump regardless of the cost, tensions in the Middle East are ratcheting up, and Americans...

John Loeffler of Steel on Steel Radio has witnessed and addressed the attacks on both our churches and our nation by radical ideologies and movements, and joins Mike and David to discuss the many challenges our nation and Christian Churches face today. We start with a promise from Jesus: the gates of hell will not prevail against His true church.  But there has been compromise and complacency as w...

Here are some of this week's topics: Abortion, Pro-life laws, Reformation movement, 4 Questions to ask unbelievers or even "professing" Christians: Who is God? Mike and David visit with Jay Seegert of The Starting Point Project to discuss the controversy around aging televangelist Pat Robertson calling Christians who believe in a Young Earth "an embarrassment."  They also discuss the growing controversy in a few circles that are now claiming perhaps the Earth is flat after all. Really. Southern Baptist Convention President J.D. Greear suggested recently...
