Three Cheap Seats

It was a pretty red week on Broadway this week, the grosses were really looking gross. A PACKED week of news, we had so much to talk about!

Oh we BACK this week with another great listen. So much news to talk about from this week and we might just rank our top picks for Broadway turntables

Is was a week full of D R A M A. Jeez broadway. Joined by special guest Alli Buchanan, we deep dive the Drabinski Paradise Square drama and catch up on this crazy week.

A Strange Loop announced its closing date, so we did a deep dive into how long it took Tony-winning Best Musicals to close after winning the award. We also crowned our first ever loser-winner, which is being the weekly loser then returning to take the throne as the champ.

Another 50m of Gavin rambling, Beetlejuice sucking, and LOTS of fun.

Oh boy, what a podcast. In one of our funniest, and most engaging episodes yet, we talked about everything from social media events to Beetlejuice temporary tattoos with a special announcement from the Phantom himself.

Phantom announces its closure, among with a few other shows, but we had a lot of new plays join bway this week! We had a swell chat recapping it all and crowned a new weekly champ.

In an unscripted episode due to Gavin's sleepiness, we recap the week and discuss the triumphs and horrors of the grosses for this week.

We have finally said goodbye to talking about Lea Michele on this podcast. From now on, if one of us brings it up, they die. We recap some pretty random and interesting Broadway news from the past few days, and even introduce a new weekly award!

Your favorite friends are back for their first remote episode of the school year, where they talked about the dip in ticket sales this week and (of course) Funny Girl.

The AEA has some new members, and Hugh Jackman leaves Music Man?

Also, these Broadway Box numbers are from the previous week, so apologies on the duplication of numbers. More Into the Woods casting updates and whether or not DEH will close or transfer Off-Broadway.

Hamilton was performed at a church in Texas and oh boy did they get shut down

Gavin has covid so he's tired but the Broadway world never gets tired of pumping out drama for us to talk about.

This is a business podcast

Are we the drama?

You read that right... unless you're *** *******

Recapping the 75Th Tony Awards from last week and asking why the Majestic Theater isn't called the Sir Lloyd Theater?

It's been long enough.

Gavin and Liam reunite while separated by college.

The last in the Six Feet Apart season.

This episode comes from The Wheeler residence. We play some wavelength and catch up with an old friend

This episode Gavin and Liam come to you from the basement to talk about everything from Trump's rally to San Pellegrino.

Since we had to give the computer we were using for this podcast back to the school last week we did this episode in one take. We're joined by Nick Tavares who is always a blast. Gavin and Liam give some good advise for people in high school.

This week we talk about the "Rode Podcast Contest" and more on the Black Lives Matter Movement.
