As failure has been accepted as a outcome of public compulsory law regulations are mandatory! Yet the policies do not generate citizenship so many homeless Americans what the hell happened?

Was there ever a cost for freedom we are finding out that the reality is that there is a great cost for the inability to protect our freedom!
