There are still many questions after four flying objects have been shot down over North America in the past week.  As the military resumes its search for more remains of the Chinese spy balloon off the South Carolina coast, China accuses the U.S. of flying balloons in its airspace. A man used a u-haul truck to evade police and mowed down 8 pedestrians this morning.  WCBS' Steve Burns has been talking to witnesses in Bay Ridge.
