The TREASURY

In life, sometimes we need something that is beyond ordinary because every day we are met with limitations - Limitations in people, limitations in things, resources, and finances. Even we are limited ourselves. So what are we to do? We need a limitless source. In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike encourages us with a word to remind us that God is able to do the extraordinary and that's all we n...

Attitude! Something we all encounter or deal with at some point in life, but how often do we check our own? Do we realise that it is our attitude that is impacting our progression, how we look at life and how we interact with it? Sometimes we have to take a good look at ourselves, and what better mirror to see ourselves in than that of God's word? In our CONNECT Service, guest preacher Pastor...

Today, as ever, we are faced with hypersexualisation everywhere we turn; from schools to music, TV and streaming platforms, movies, and social media. Adverts and even cartoons are laced with innuendos and it's all geared toward influencing how we view sex. Sadly, much of this has also influenced the Church that Jesus shed His precious blood for, and we must get a Biblical worldview on the top...

Many times, people can wonder why there are relationships they can never get over, or although a relationship has been over for quite some time there is an overwhelming desire for closure. It could be a number of things! But we struggle to find any kind of solution to heal the brokenness that has been caused by relationship hurts. In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike focuses on the issue of soul tie...

We'd love to hear how the messages are transforming your view of God and your life.

Although many go to church and profess faith in Christ, many have not grasped the truth Jesus declared often about the Kingdom of God.  Our guest preacher Pastor Courtney Lowe, Senior Pastor Potters House Church Wandsworth, declares the same Kingdom of God as Jesus did and sets out a foundation for Kingdom living, highlighting how Jesus saves us from one kingdom which was oppressive and caused us...

Surrender is often seen as a negative or weakness, but the truth is sometimes it's for our benefit. The Christian life is to be one characterised by surrender, but many times our surrender can be partial and as a result, we find ourselves in problems. In our CONNECT Service, Pastor Mike takes us to 2 Kings 24 where we learn the implications of not surrendering to the will of God, and the bene...

Jesus said the church is to be like a city on a hill, that gives light to those around. But what is a city to those around it and to its inhabitants if there is no power? Power failures in cities are disasters and cause chaos for many. In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike highlights the importance of corporate prayer in the life of the church and its believers, and how the prayer meeting is to harne...

Many times in life we come against resistance or barriers, and sometimes coming against these can be discouraging and wearying.  But there is no breakthrough without barriers - The good news is we can break through. In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike takes us through one of King David's battles against the Philistines and shows us through God's word how we can break through barriers. We...

Many people speak often about the death of Jesus, and His blood and it is right to do so. The Resurrection of Christ, however, is not something we hear about as regular. Pastor Mike takes us through the scriptures to reveal the wonderful truth that the power of the Resurrection is something we can experience in our lives every day. We pray you experience this too. We'd love to hear how the mes...

It's easy to be influenced by things we embrace, but the trouble is some of the things we embrace can have a negative impact on who we're becoming, and before we know it we're doing things we never thought we'd do.  In our CONNECT Service, Pastor Mike took us through the Maundy Thursday passage in Luke 22 and explored how we get to the point where we seize Jesus and who we beco...

There are many beliefs about hell in our world today. But what does scripture really tell us about it? Charles Spurgeon said, "Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people." Jesus said, "I go to prepare a place for you," speaking of heaven. Well is the opposite true? In tonight's message, Pastor Mike takes us through a passage in Luke 16 that speaks of a place and uses...

To live a life pleasing to God should be the aim of every believer, but what can cause us to live our lives as living sacrifices before God as the Apostle Paul writes in his letter to the Romans? Perhaps gratitude for what God has done through His Son Jesus' death on the Cross. In this SUNDAY SERVICE Pastor Mike highlights the debt that our sin put us in before God and how Jesus paid it on ou...

Many times in life we experience pain, or we could be experiencing pain right now - And we have questions; we don't understand all that's happening or the reason why, but scripture gives us perfect 20/20 hindsight behind the "why"! In our CONNECT Service, Pastor Mike ministers a message helping us to identify the origin of pain, with some encouragement in that it doesn't l...

We'd love to hear how the messages are transforming your view of God and your life.

Does, and will God grant us everything our heart desires? What does it really look like? Is that really what we want? In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike ministered a message to break down Psalm 20:4 so we can understand how God grants the desires of the heart. We hope you're blessed. We'd love to hear how the messages are transforming your view of God and your life.

We live in a generation where we spend everything we get, and the management of our finances is not something broadly taught. There are principles in wealth generation that are unheard of by far too many. Oftentimes, what we fail to realise is that God cares about how the resources that we possess are viewed, and how they are managed. Pastor Mike ministered along these lines as we continue in our...

In our CONNECT Service, we looked at the topic of Testimony and Pastor Mike ministered about how the power in our testimony leads to triumph over the enemy. Oftentimes we can get overwhelmed and we can forget what God has done, or lose sight of what He's doing to the point we lose hope in what He can do. May this message encourage and may He who is able to keep you, use this message to do jus...

The Bible shows us that worship of the One True God is to be holistic / whole / complete - Not piecemeal or fragmented. In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike takes a look at how Malachi positions the covenantal issues of his day and how it directs us to a complete, wholehearted worship - and that includes the tithe.  We pray this message blesses you. We'd love to hear how the messages are transfo...

In life sometimes we are at the mercy of unintended consequences. There are things we have done with good intentions perhaps, but the consequences thereof are unexpected, and therefore unprepared for. We wish that there is something that can be done to redeem our lives from the fallout of unintended consequences.  Well, thank God that through Christ Jesus we can find redemption even in this area a...

The question has been asked for decades in the West, "why don't we see revival?" When we consider those who have gone before us and seen great revival and then look to what we see now, we can begin to make the distinction that what we do and what they did differ - It would make sense why we don't see what they saw or experienced. In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike minsters from...

Similarly, a key component to spiritual growth and development is the ability to process solid spiritual food. In our Thursday night CONNECT Service, Pastor Mike ministers from Hebrews 5:11-14 on the subject of SOLID FOOD. We'd love to hear how the messages are transforming your view of God and your lif...
