New season, who det!? Childhood is where it begins and ends. We explore family vs selfhood in this award-winning series many have rightly called emotional porn. So, for the love of feels (and sex?), let's rock! 

We are dusting down our precious first season with none other than Pose, which also wrapped up their third and final season (SCREAMING). Can the community please stand up? 

There is a method to Shonda Rhymes' madness. We zoom in on the self-proclaimed titan's award-winning stress-inducing dramaverse. S/o to Phetha, who is a huge nerd for Shondaland! Let's rock! 

It's the turn of the sitcom. This time around we're looking back at the OG on which many formats and their Friends (gerrit?) were built. Join us we pay homage to the beautiful black women of Living Single. 

We go fire pon di mic on episode 7 with Little Fires Everywhere starring Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon. It's a deep dive into what motherhood and childhood look like across the intersections of race, class, neurosis and loss. 

There's nothing quite like a teen drama because, honestly, that's where all the drama began. On episode 6 we go back to high school with Netflix original, Blood & Water starring black women in lead roles. We had some thoughts (and confetti!).  

Showrunners are up! On episode 5 we take stock of Kenya Barris' universe of black identity, politics and culture in Black-ish, Grown-ish, Mixed-ish and Black AF. 

Take a shot of something strong and zero in on I May Destroy You with us on episode 4. We're unpacking consent via the The HBO-BBC show by the outstanding Michaela Coel.  

The plug may've been pulled on Dezemba but SA's Netflix Original, How To Ruin Christmas, kept the current up. On episode 3, we look at homegrown nostalgia and all the black-women tropes we're used to in this feel-good mini-series that feels like home.

On this second episode of our Insecure deep dive, we look at endings. We unpack the friendships between black women through the trials that Molly and Issa face as well as romantic cross-roads via Lawrence and Issa. Issa lot.
