We've all heard it - who you spend your time with is who you'll become. Today, I speak on my experience on how much my network of individuals in my life play into who I have become and where I am going!

I was recently fortunate to attend the 2023 Top Contractor School Winter Retreat in Hollywood, FL. We had a variety of speakers such as Brad Lea and John Maxwell and conversations all revolving around the topic of leadership. Listen in to hear my major takeaways on the trip and hopefully you can find something to implement yourself.
