Most 15 year-olds may not have much to boast about when they discuss how they spent their time when schools closed early due to COVID. Zev Heuer, however, has quite the story to tell. Mike and Heather chat with Zev about his childhood adventures across Canada in a canoe and end with a discussion about his most recent two-month canoe trip from Canmore, Alberta to Missinipe, Saskatchewan. 

COVID-19 has been an unsettling experience for everyone and it continues to be so as we enter Fall 2020. Outdoor learning has been touted by the Saskatchewan Government as one way to reduce the risks of a return to school. How can teachers incorporate outdoor learning into their classes?
