Anime Fans Against Anime

This week we talk about our time at Hamacon 2018. We also got to sit down with some of the Hamacon Idols for an interview! You can see more from them on Instagram at @hamaidols

AFAA is back this week with episodes 7-11.5 of Hyouka (Ice Cream)! Listen to this podcast if you want to hear 3 men talk about an anime in which four anime characters watched a fictional student film and the characters talked about that fictional film for four episodes.

In this week's podcast, the boys talk about episodes 1-6 of Hyouka! Can you solve the mystery?!?! (hint: If you watch the anime they tell you.)

As promised many months ago, Geek Comedian Aaron Pabon has returned to talk with us about the new Star Wars anthology film, Solo! You can find more Pabon at www.facebook.com/aaronpabon !

This week we finish up Inu x Boku SS with episodes 7-13! This show has changed our perception of dogs...

Local dog boy tries to woo his master in this week's anime, episodes 1-6 of Inu x Boku SS. TL note: 'Inu' means 'dog.' Also that isn't the Hitler SS but the American SS. You know the one. ;)

To avoid being cursed, we watched episodes 7-13 of C3 CubexCursedxCurious. So many cursed items to collect but so few episodes left!

In this fantastic AFAA episode, we discuss the first 6 episodes of C3 CubexCursedxCurious. The show was well advertised by it's name, as there were Cubes, Curses and Curiosity.

Band's unite in this episode of AFAA, as we discuss episodes 7-14 of BanG Dream.

This week we get the band together to jam with BanG Dream episodes 1-6! These girls are all weird and we don't really know what their thinking most of the time but we had a blast! I hope you like Twinkle Twinkly Little Star.

This week we wrap up our investigation of episodes 7-12 of Heaven's Memo Pad. Who's best girl? What's best flower? You'll have to tune in to solve these mysteries!

This week we open our case books to solve the mysteries of Heaven's Memo Pad episodes 1-6! Some were pretty open shut, some were not, but that's just how it goes!

Once upon a time there were three young men. These young men watched episodes 7-12 of Okami-san and her Seven Companions and tried to piece out the references. The road was bumpy and the traps were plentiful, but they made it to the end and had a good discussion. And they all lived happily ever after (until next week).

Okami-san and her Seven Companions is about a girl named Okami-san who has seven companions... Sounds simple enough right? But with Richard's expert fairy tale knowledge we get to look a little deeper at these strange bankers.

We had a lot to say this week, as you can see from the episode length. We discussed episodes 13 -17 or Kokoro Connect, the last four being OVAs. Never have kokoros been more connected than the three of us in this episode.

This week we are joined by Nik Shaw, president of Re:Anime. Re:Anime is a production company that creates live action shorts based on their favorite Anime. You can check them out on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwu_iHEmFfSKMQJbRU8vH0Q . Along with Nik, we discussed the first six episodes of Death Note, the Anime their first short film was based on.

We throw down some intense Kokoro theories in this episode. Please don't sue us, MatPat.

Hello, fellow connected Kokoros! this week we discuss episodes 1-6 of Kokoro Connect. It seems some troubling time is coming for the Kokoro bois and we're all a little worried.

We go back to samurai school this week to finish up the second half of Majikoi! Just remember, it's all about LOVE.

This week we were honored to be joined by Geek Comedian Aaron Pabon. We talked far more about Star Wars than we did about Anime but it's basically the same thing. You can check him out at https://www.facebook.com/aaronpabon/

Back again to another new show! This time it's the first 6 episodes of Majikoi! We may not be samurai, but we know a thing or two about anime, and hopefully that helps us in our school wide battle.

In this very special episode of AFAA we talk about not anime, but ourselves, as we recount our time at Kami-Con 2018. But the fun doesn't stop there! We also discuss the 2018 Crunchyroll Anime Awards, currently in full swing!

We find ourselves now, at the end of Humanity has Declined. But why then, are we at the beginning of our story? Beats me! That's just how it goes sometimes.

The Housebois are back discussing a whole new show! The first 6 episodes of Humanity has Declined sure were wacky huh? I hope I see enough fairies today to get through the new Ebola outbreak.

We had quite the discussion this week. All sorts of cats and stones and such. We're also back to all recording in the same room for a while!
