Distractions; are of the devil. When we get distracted by something, or someone we lose hope, we start fearing, we start beating up on ourselves, we start doubting our why.  Stay focused on God, don't allow your why or the opinions of people to cause distractions in your life.  Colossians 3:2 set your affections on things above and not on things on the earth.

As believers or non believers you must learn how to keep pushing in spite of what people may say or think. 

Always know your WHY, if you don’t know your WHY. Start seeking the face of God. Matthew 6:33   Be Willing; Be Happy; and most importantly stay Yielded to the Holy Spirit. W.H.Y. 

 The mind is a terrible thing to waste by focusing on your abuser. If God, has delivered you why should you be bound by self inflicted wounds and/or abuse. Free yourself from abuse.
