This past weekend had all the emotions. It is a USC Trojan sandwich on this episode, we start and end with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and discuss the Trojans in the middle. There is no better place to start than with a despondent Greg after a Fighting Irish home field loss to Northern Illinois. It was a boring, poor showing for the Irish. The offense looked inept and failed to make anything hap...

We are back. It's been the longest in-season hiatus for this podcast in the playoff era, but thankfully we are back. While we were on break the USC Trojans were still terrible and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish played out the string on a meaningless season. However, the most important thing to happen while we were off was Greg doing a live spot for ABC 57 in South Bend prior to the Wake Forrest gam...

This week was another loss for the USC Trojans, while the Notre Dame Fighting Irish had a bye. Now that both the Trojans and the Fighting Irish are out of contention for any important post season games the mood on the podcast is pretty melancholy. Things are so bleak that Greg starts the podcast off with a rant against the media and their treatment of Deion Sanders and Jim Harbough. Gregg is not a...

Halloween came late for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the USC Trojans, with both teams losing this week. We start with the big news, the Grinch will no longer be able to steal Christmas now that USC has fired defensive coordinator Alex Grinch after the Trojans 52-42 loss to Washington. The Washington Offense scored at will against USC. The defense looked terrible and only made a few big plays...

We obviously start with USC and another consecutive loss to the Utah Utes. Things look bleak in Trojan country. The team is in shambles and many fans are beside themselves. It is always darkest before the dawn and Michael is read...

Rivalry week is over. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the USC Trojans faced off over the weekend, and inevitably one of us is sad. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish dismantled the USC Trojans and secured a 48-20 victory in South Bend. The Notre Dame defense made the USC offense look ill prepared and generally inept. Caleb Williams has a tough time getting anything going, and without him the Trojans...

It is finally here, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish take on the USC Trojans in the greatest intersectional rivalry in all of college football. Everyone is excited for the game this weekend. Well, excited might be an overstatement. All we can talk about is the questionable USC Defense and the ineffective Notre Dame offense. Who will give in? Who will exploit their opponent? In a shock to no one, neit...

It was a wild week for both the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the USC Trojans. We dive right into Notre Dame's loss to Louisville. It was another terrible performance for the Fighting Irish offense. Nothing worked and the plays that were called left much to be desired. Sam Hartman had 5 turnovers! It was a rough night all the way around for Notre Dame. When we switch to the Trojans all we could re...

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the USC Trojans were both victorious this past weekend. Why would we get right into either team's winning ways, when we could start the pod by talking about the movie Rudy and Greg's unexpected thoughts on Rudy and his dad's relationship. When we finally get to football and Notre Dame's victory over FCS Tennessee State, there isn't really much to talk about. The F...
