The second "H" in The H3 Leader highlights the need to bolster our health across the spectrum of our existence - heart, soul, mind, and strength. In this short, I summarize what I heard from my guest Brett Schrock regarding his approach to staying Healthy longer.

In this short, Brett reflects on a seismic shift in his perspective as a leader that became evident over time through observation of the outcomes. He grew to be keenly aware that his motives mattered.

One of the most powerful tools a leader can bring to the party is a "non-anxious presence" that flows out of a mature position of confidence and strength and invites others to engage in the game.

"There really is no health without mental health." The second "H" in The H3 Leader speaks to our Health across the spectrum of our existence: Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength. In this brief clip, my good friend Brett Schrock shares his perspective on the priority of our mental health.
