We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. This week we heard from: Pete,...

Now that was an interesting twist. What did you think about how the Rice Negotiation went this season? How could you build on that move going forward? The fans have spoken. Enough with forcing castaways to lose their vote. It's not fun. Other than that, feedback this week says we're loving the cast and the season as a whole continues to delight. We can't wait for the next installment on Wednesday! We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. This week we heard from: Pete, Christiana, Robert,...

That was a crushing blow as we see yet another fan favorite blindsided out of the game. We enjoyed the challenge features and even the Journey worked out OK. We want to hear how you think the season is shaping up. Who are your four favorite and least favorite castaways at this point? How did your assessment of the castaways change this week? Who do you think is playing the best, and who will be vo...

Based on the feedback, this episode and the season to date has really delighted fans. We are witnessing a savvy cast with several stand out players, underdogs, heroes and some villains. We are excited to see what the next game cycle brings. We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. We got two classics this week. The Survivor Auction returned, and we got a simple, solid endurance challenge which worked together to spark some classic gameplay. What do you think of the rules for the auction now? Which auction item would you have bid on? How did your assessment of the castaways change this week? Who do you think is playing the best, and who will be voted out next? Who impressed...

Once again, fans continue to express their dislike of splitting the castaways back down to small tribes for a vote after the merge. Given that, folks did enjoy the episode and some of the twists. We still don't have much information about the larger group social dynamics and look forward to the auction and getting back to an episode where everyone is a potential target at tribal. We want to thank...

We're back! The post merge mergatory reared it's ugly head again, but in spite of that, we still got a good episode. It's generally not fun splitting the tribes again and watching someone get the boot and miss being on the jury, but the twist certainly made it more exciting. What did you think about how all this played out, and what are you thinking of the overall season? How did your assessment o...

Apologies to all. The podcast is on hold until we finish driving across the country to our new home. Thanks, Jo Ann and Stacy

The multi-stage Beware Advantage box was a hit, the focus on Tribe time was appreciated but a couple of castaways are still a bit purple, and further fan analysis says we're already seeing some high level gameplay. All in all, the fans really liked it! We're excited to see where this cast takes us next. We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback sh...

This episode was rich with Tribe Time, and we love that. This is where the ninety minute format really shines. We got great insights into the social dynamics in each tribe. Some are excelling, some are delusional, and others are already playing a high level game. What did you think of the different takes on the Beware Advantage? How would you have chosen to play it? How did your assessment of the...

The consensus in the feedback says we're off to a good start and this was a significant improvement over last season. The scavenger hunt challenge appears to be a good replacement to Sweat vs. Savvy. Lots of folks said they liked the changes to the Beware Advantage too. Many also expressed some trepidation. They are concerned that we might be headed for a Bhanu 2.0 situation. In spite of that, we...

Seeing someone struggle like that is difficult to watch, but on the whole, we enjoyed the premiere. We remain hopeful for this cast and look forward to what the season brings next. What did you think of the tribe balance, the first challenges, and the results from the first Tribal Council? Did you like the replacement for the Sweat or Savvy challenge? How would you handle the new twist to the Bewa...

Welcome back for Part 2 of our JABBIC, Judge A Book By Its Cover, preview for season 47. We're four days away from the premiere on Wednesday, September 18th, and fourteen super fans like you recorded their take on the new cast including their choice of favorites, who's most likely to get voted out first, make the merge, have a shot at the final tribal council as well as who has what it takes to wi...

Welcome to Part 1 of our JABBIC, Judge A Book By Its Cover, preseason show for season 47. Once again, we have all new players, so we have limited information to go on when theorizing how we think they will perform. We have shared our early thoughts on each of the castaways including how well we think they will do in the overall game to kick off another season of watching Survivor together. Now it...

While the fans were happy with the winner, and many enjoyed the overall season, there was also a bitter sweet cloud of sadness left hanging over the finale. In any case, we were grateful and happy to experience it all with you, and look forward to joining you again in September for Season 47. We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. This we...

We enjoyed the Finale, but it wasn't the high energy celebration we were hoping for. The challenges offered some fun, new twists. Tribal council was solid and, the After Show was the After Show. We've enjoyed sharing the season with you and look forward to hearing your thoughts about it as well. What did you think of the Finale challenges? Who's gameplay impressed you the most? Were you happy with...

We've got lots to talk about from reactions to the penultimate episode to predictions for the finale. The debate rages on, good season or bad season, good gameplay or bad gameplay? Who has the social capital to win it all? What will this jury value? There's lots to ponder before the finale on Wednesday! We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback sh...

Deja-deja-deja-deja-vu! Given the trend this season, that was the perfect punctuation to the penultimate episode. What's your final five order? Who makes fire? Who's your pick to win it all? How did your assessment of the castaways change this week? Who do you think is playing the best, and who is still in jeopardy of being voted out next? Who impressed you the most? Here is where it stands after...

Much of the discussion this week centers on the question of whether the idol-in-the-pocket blindsides are examples of poor gameplay by the blindsided, demonstrations of superior gameplay by the blindsiders, or some blend of the two. This cast is making history either way. We're ready for the next installment. Bring on the penultimate episode! We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contribut...

Season 46 is making history again! This is quite possibly a new low in gameplay. Have we ever seen a group bungle advantages and idols to this degree? The bar is so low with this group that the season highlight is playing an extra vote advantage when it was not needed. How did your assessment of the castaways change this week? Who do you think is playing the best, and who is still in jeopardy of b...

Another favorite flamed out in spectacular fashion and the fans remorsed. Responses were mixed on the emotional outburst, but we were all on the same page with who the front runners to win are at this stage. We're stoked to see how it plays out from here! We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback show. This week we heard from: Pete, Robert, Rebecc...

It takes a special group of castaways to deliver a hat trick when it comes to blindsides while holding Hidden Immunity Idols. Season 46 certainly delivered in that regard. What did you think of the emotional outburst from this episode? Do you think the winner of a Reward challenge is ever obligated to take someone? How did your assessment of the castaways change this week? Who do you think is play...

There was a collective cry amongst Survivor fans this week, "Nooooo, play your idol. Play your idol!". You know casting did a good job when everyone is super sad to see a player leave the game. We can't wait for Wednesday to find out what crazy surprises Season 46 "Chaos Island" has in store for us next! We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who contributed to another great Listener Feedback s...

This episode could have easily been titled, "Dumb and Dumber". Who thought we would see a another catastrophically bad move that essentially tops the one in the previous episode? Are the never ending blunders a by product of the new era? Does the shortened game trigger people to play without regard for self preservation? How did your assessment of the castaways change this week? Who do you think i...
