In 2025 we hosted a Biblical Workshop looking at how we see Christ in the Old Testament. To teach on this topic, we hosted Scholar in Residence at 1517, Chad Bird. Chad has served as a pastor, professor, and guest lecturer in Old Testament and Hebrew. He holds master's degrees from Concordia Theological Seminary and Hebrew Union College.
