Good for you drawing some boundaries. Just because you don’t want to deal with someone’s BS and negativity; doesn’t make you a bad person… it’s ok to be there to help them through but it’s not ok to be disrespected!! You go!!!! You got this!!!!

Just some quick ideas to help you become a little bit better at having some patience. It is a very important life skill that we need for our health and sanity.
