Resiliency Rounds is your guide to the Good Life. Hosted by Dr. Aneesh Pakala and Dr. Jeremy Hirshberg. Each episode discusses the Good Life as described in the Great Books of the Western and Eastern world. The conversations cover Plato's dialogues, Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics, Stoic Philosophy, Kant's Categorical Imperative, teachings of the Buddha, and The Bhagvad Gita's non-dualistic philosophy. The audience will get a practical guide on using these ancient texts to resolve their problems in the modern world.
