Christ has risen, and death no longer has any claim on us!

If people belong to God, then like Jesus we must conclude that the most important thing in the world is not to argue over money and politics, but rather to go out, find lost people, and return them to God!

God’s mission isn’t dependent on extraordinary leadership. God’s mission is dependent on extraordinary discipleship.

Jesus knows that if transformation is to happen in anyone’s life, we must first become convinced of the truth that heaven has come near to us in the form of Jesus...

If we love and serve Jesus, our priority should always be to care about what He cares about, and to have compassion for the same people for whom He has compassion.

What are we holding back from God, intentionally or unintentionally? Are there things in our lives that belong to Him that we need to rededicate?

God gives us gifts in order to share with others, to bring everyone in community, and to subsequently reflect our thanksgiving back to Him.

God knows our hearts and knows our insincerity. When we give and share our blessings, we should do so because it is what we are asked to do, not because we want accolades.

We are called to sacrificially help, not because of praise or accolades, but because it is what Jesus commanded us to do.

Making disciples is not just a one-time act. It requires an investment in the lives of others...

Like a mother telling her son not to touch a hot stove, God was trying to save us the pain that He knew would come with eating the fruit. It is proof of His loving nature.

Being good stewards of nature and the things in it is part of our calling as humankind...

More than being a friendly church, we need to be a seeking church.

Having a grateful heart will lighten the burden of life.

Jesus explained to the woman at the well that the location of worship was not the most important thing. Those forms of worship would pass away.

Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up (Deut. 6:7).

For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord (Ps. 117:2).

The life of holiness is a life of worship.

While each of us has our own unique story, our own list of challenges, failures and successes, we have one thing in common: our Father in heaven.

Believers must be diligent in Bible study, alert to preaching and teaching that is less than biblical truth, and able to recognize correct biblical interpretation.

Believers are no longer slaves to sin; we have been freed. Now we are slaves to God who freed us and paid the price for our freedom.

Know today that nothing we do can earn salvation. However, we can, by the grace of God, receive forgiveness and righteousness from God.

In obedience we give action, both in baptism and daily life, to our commitment to Christ.

Baptism is a symbolic burial and resurrection: buried in Christ and raised with Him.

Let us pass on the tradition of the Lord’s Supper not only as ritual but as the church’s symbol of unity with Christ and with each other.
