Let’s talk men, their mental health, their internal stressors, and how we don’t consider them when we’re eager to have our needs met. This week I wanted to talk about what healing is for me because I understand it may be different for others. A lot of people perceive you as something you’re not and one misconception is in regards to what they think my healing process is. I’ll be highlighting some ups and downs, strategies I use, and how all of those things have gotten me this far. Enjoy.

This weeks episode I want to dive into how the places we get hurt in are the places we find refuge in. The very things that cause us pain are the things we want to heal us. And it’s a vicious cycle. This healing journey is all about addressing, accepting, changing, and ascending higher. Enjoy.
