Moon In Gemini

This week carries a particular weight. The astrological year has just begun with the Sun entering Aries, and already the sky is asking something serious of us.

Special short for the Spring Equinox

Ostara marks the Spring Equinox. Day and night stand in balance. Light and dark share the sky in equal measure. But this balance is not static. It is a tipping point. After this day, the light begins to win.

Today we are sitting with the New Moon in Pisces, a lunation that occurs at the final waters of the zodiac, where endings and beginnings blur together.

We are moving from the final waters of Pisces into the first fire of Aries. The zodiac itself is turning over. The astrological year begins again.

Astrology is often introduced through the twelve signs of the zodiac. Aries. Taurus. Gemini. And, so on. But, those twelve signs are only the outer layer of the system. Astrology is nested. Fractal. Precise. Every sign contains degrees. Every degree contains nuance. Every nuance contains a story. Today we’re exploring two systems that reveal those hidden layers.

This week carries a strong emotional and intuitive current. Water dominates the sky again — Pisces and Cancer both activated — and when water signs are this involved, we are working with memory, instinct, and the quieter layers of perception.

This is a threshold week. We begin in water — saturated, intuitive, permeable. And we end in fire — clarified, activated, defined.

On March 3rd at 6:37 in the morning, Eastern Time, the Moon reaches fullness in Virgo — and it is a Lunar Eclipse. It happens at dawn.

At 1:48 in the morning, Eastern Time, on February 26th, Mercury stations retrograde in Pisces. The hour matters. This happens in the dark.

When most people first encounter astrology, they learn their Sun sign. Later, they discover their Moon. And eventually they meet their Ascendant. The Ascendant is not louder than the Sun. It is not deeper than the Moon. But it is the place where your life begins

We are deep in Pisces season now. The Sun is moving through mutable water — dissolving edges, softening definitions, heightening sensitivity. And this week, that oceanic field becomes charged.

When Vision Demands Form February 20th · 11:53 AM EST Some transits describe a mood. Some describe a season. And then there are transits that quietly redraw the architecture of reality.

This is not a quiet week. But it is not chaotic either. It is a week of redirection — subtle in some places, destabilizing in others — and threaded throughout with something much softer underneath.

Eclipses do not deliver what we imagined. They deliver what the trajectory requires. What changes now may feel larger than expected— not because it is sudden, but because the imagination underestimated what was already in motion.

Astrology of the Week - February 8-15

There are parts of the chart that describe personality. There are parts that describe circumstance. And then there are parts that describe movement .

This week does not ask for reaction. It asks for adjustment . Several long-moving forces shift their stance. Information changes how it moves. And what has been unstable for a long time begins—finally—to settle into a direction. Not a solution. A direction.

We are entering a seasonal threshold. This is not a lesson. It is not an instruction. It is an act of attention. Wherever you are, arrive there fully. Let the noise settle. Let the body land. You do not need to believe anything. You do not need to agree. You only need to listen long enough for the season to recognize you. Let us begin. Activation, Dissolution, and Collective Authority This week accelerates structural dissolution and collective agency. Neptune enters Aries. Mars and Pluto intensify in Aquarius. Mercury meets Venus in Aquarius. What is active now is power that cannot be contained not by tradition, not by inertia, not by expectation.

This Full Moon exposes where visibility meets resistance. The Moon will be full in Leo. Mars and Pluto will stand opposite in Aquarius. What is illuminated is not confidence— It is authority under scrutiny.

Imagine finally understanding the root of your deepest emotional reactions. Not as a flaw. Not as something to fix. But as a pattern you were born inside of. This episode is not about personality labels. It’s about orientation. When you understand your natal Moon phase, you gain a map to your emotional timing— how you begin, how you respond, how you process, and how you release. This knowledge doe...

This week transfers authority in stages. The New Moon sets the structure. Mercury reframes it. Mars activates it. What survives each phase is what is meant to move forward.

This is the dark of the Moon. Nothing is being revealed. Nothing is being clarified. This is a listening space. What matters now is not what you intend, but what you are willing to carry forward without assurance. Let the mind quiet. Let the body settle. The Moon is not asking for vision. It is asking for consent. We begin in the dark.
