Faith in God - what the cross means to have hope.

This is the official first episode of “Healing with Aloha” podcast that originally launched on SoundCloud. The inspiration of this episode was the song “Champion” by my favorite music group “Common Kings” featuring “Kat Dahlia.”

Aloha! We are dealing with our fears of tomorrow during this time. Yet, hope trumps our fears and enables us to get through these difficult times. It’s okay to not be okay. We need to rely on hope.

Globally we are facing fears of what to do personally and for our families in regards to the the corona virus. This is new and it’s normal to have fears of the unknown. Yet we can lean into our fears and protect our peace of mind. Sending tons of love and aloha. You are loved during this time. May you find hope and healing daily.
