Had an idea...

To celebrate hitting the milestone of 10 episodes, we decided to look back on some of the ideas we've had this series and see if we still like them and if we've developed them any further since. Join us for a stroll down memory lane as we review our own ideas. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

We somehow made it to ten episodes! Feeling rather proud of ourselves, our ideas this episode include a board game themed game show, a short sighted fortune teller, a wheelchair pushing service and an app to get you out of awkward situations. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Yes, we made up a word. But that's the only way we could describe our guest Ana's genius culinary idea. This episode's ideas include a sitcom set in a doctor's surgery, a personal robot photographer, a revolutionary theatre experience, weight-loss themed restaurant and a boiled egg chopper. We also mention our shop, which you can visit at https://www.spreadshirt.co.uk/shop/user/had+an+idea+podcast...

This week we're getting all spooky, with some Halloween themed ideas, including a poltergoose, a Slender Man board game, a film about a group of horror bloggers in a haunted village and a less scary film about a were-baby. There's also a birthday surprise for Mike and an exclusive preview of a song Ben wrote for Halloween. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

In this episode, Ben and Mike - or as we're now known, Ed Nygma and Supergirl - discuss ideas including microwave meal poppers, quiet DJs, a shopping channel for gangsters and an overly emotional painter and decorator. Also, shoutout to our friends at The Game Crowd podcast, go give them a listen - once you've listened to this, of course! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information...

It's the middle of September, which of course means it's time for... Christmas? This week we're feeling unseasonably festive. We also have ideas for a money-saving app, a drag-themed restaurant, a man who's irritatingly helpful and an unlikely lawyer. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

This episode was quite a special one, as it was recorded on Ben's birthday an we were joined by our mutual friend, Gush. We discussed birthdays (naturally) and a plethora of ideas, including water tanks, battered chips, a songwriting TV show, filtered glasses, dual jam jars and an app for locating lost items. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

In this week's episode, we discuss ideas including a stained glass jigsaw, a rom com set in a supermarket, a very niche business selling signs with only one message on, and a playground for adults. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

This week we're joined by our first (and hopefully not last) guest on the podcast, Harvey. We talk about dreams and share ideas for a food fighting game, a dating site for shy people and a film about time. We also try out our game show ideas, which revolve around testing human abilities, a warehouse full of prizes and knowledge of the human anatomy. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more...

We're back! The pilot was such a hit that we've decided to keep going. In this episode we discuss slices of butter and dick pic prevention, and TV shows about ghost helpers and elderly superheroes. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

In our first ever episode, we discuss inventions including spider cannons and dog bowl mugs, and films about chess and stamp collecting. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
