It's another star-studded episode of That 1980's College Radio Metal Show, Caught In A Mosh. On this episode we are counting down the best Underground Metal tunes of 1988! On this Part 1 of 2, we begin our goodbye to Caught In A Mosh. It's been fun!

Our time machine has now blown it's 1980's thermocoupler, and our wayback  machine can only land in the 90's. We touchdown at the very beginning of the decade, January 11, 1990. The Evil Wizard is up to his old tricks, and the Metal still blasts into the new decade!

Armored Saint headlined The Alrosa Villa in February, 1988. WOSR Metal Director Kevin Montavon was on hand to interview the band. This "Hot Licks" special ran the following week on the Caught In A Mosh show. It consists of interview clips along with songs from the Armored Saint album at the time, Raising Fear.

On November 2, 1989, the Evil Wizard Jim Brown conjured up so much Heavy Metal that we couldn't fit it all into 90 minutes! There's only one thing to do when that happens, and that is to deliver a Super Size episode of The Conjuring!
