Today we talked about the Exodus pattern of bondage and deliverance found in all of scripture. Following deliverance we often draw closer to God by remembering Him & praising Him & trusting Him through the wilderness. Eventually the promised land will be on the horizon, but in the meantime we get to walk with Him and to learn of Him every day!

What a Jesus-filled morning with Professor Anthony Sweat who is also an accomplished artist  . We talked about the  incredible connection between  repentance & joy . Christ's joy is seeing us change, transform, growing in love and light  and becoming new  through His gift to us . And our joy is to  run to those open  arms and receive  it every day
