Breaking Bread with C

In this series, the spirit of the Lord has laid it on my heart to share on the subject of Church Hurt that is often tiptoed around or carry as a badge of honor to justify our dismay towards the Lord (and His people). The first thing I have to emphasize is this - God has always used people, and He will always use people . When we understand this, the question now becomes how do I love these people,...

In this episode, the Spirit of the Lord laid on my heart to share on the most basic and fundamental principles of interpreting what we read in scripture. It is of great importance that whatever we take away from The Bible keeps God as central to every text. Secondly it must emphasize the supremacy of Christ as not just savior but also Lord.  Join me as we rightly divide the Word of Truth. Readings...

Prior to this episode I spoke about the person of Logos, Christ Himself and I would like it to be known that Christ as a subject could as well be the sole focus of this podcast until His return yet we cannot exhaust it. Every conversation surrounding our Lord, Brother and Friend is to reflect our estimate of Him. Likewise, our estimate of Christ determines the rest that is demonstrated in our fait...

The Person of the Word is an inexhaustible topic that we can talk about the rest of our lives and still not exhaust what there is to say about Him. In this episode by the grace of God, I share on what it means to fill our hearts and sate our minds with the Word of God and how it transform us progressively to become the likeness of the one who begot us. Join me, you are in for a treat! Readings: Lu...

We cannot start talking about the person of the WORD without first establishing who it is about. Beyond being a bible reader, we are to be Bible students. Once you know that Christ is the message, the next step in studying is to seek for Jesus in every passage you read. You are doing research with the intent of what you desire to see. Join me as we study to position ourselves for the Bible to open...

In this episode I share on the power of proclaiming the promises of God as our portion of agreement with them. I also share on how to wisely go about the prophetic words spoken to and about us, after they have come as a confirmation of what God has already spoken to us in the secret place. Join me as we study how to stir this faith towards agreeing with God concerning His purposes on our destinies...

In this episode, I share the second part of Christ's intercession for the saints with the Holy Spirit. This assures us that everything that could shame or guilt trip us into shying away from coming to God's throne of grace with confidence is actually impotent. Join me as we study this truth, and be continually renewed as He intends for us. Readings: Romans 8:34-36; Exodus17:12; 1John 2:20;...

In this episode, I received the unction to share on the intercession of Christ and the Holy Spirit for the saints. This episode brings it home for us, that everything you can imagine could disqualify you to come before God with boldness and gladness of heart is below you and impotent to hinder His love for you. Join me as we study this reality in truth, and be continually renewed in our minds. Rea...

In this episode, I break down the meaning of communion, not just as a mere tradition but as an understanding of our oneness with Christ and as true believers. As Paul puts it, our many-ness does not make Christ a fragment that we receive each but He makes up that oneness by inhabiting every one of us that partake in this communion with such understanding. Join me as we study how not to drink ourse...

In this episode, I share on how to build up strength for when hard times come. I use ‘for when’ deliberately because hard times will surely come, and it only takes a prudence of one's spirit to be found prepared. Join me as we study how to apply this prudence of spirit and plow in good time to expect a harvest void of fear. Readings: Proverbs 24:10; Isaiah 26:3; John 16:33; Proverbs 20:4-5 Fol...

This episode is a sequel of Episode 51 on the depiction of maturity in the saints who walk in oneness of spirit and in understanding that they have one Master, one faith, one baptism and all fueled by Christ. I unpack the reason for man's active participation and willingness in their salvation and the decision to walk a life of faith. Tune in and share with a friend! --------- Readings: Ephesi...

In this episode the Lord laid it on my heart to unpack the depiction of maturity in the saints who walk in oneness of spirit and in understanding that they have one Master, one faith, one baptism and all fueled by Christ. I also unpack how our gifts are unique to each but serving the same end - which is all men coming to the knowledge of Christ and being saved. Tune in and let us study how to walk...

In this episode I discuss the way obedience is unpopular, even to the one that obeys. It requires trust and complete reliance on God to move in this manner, because you have no language to explain what keeps you moving until it manifests in the physical and it surely ministers even to those that may have mocked you. Join me as we study how to put a step forward even in the silences of God, honorin...

In this episode I share on what it means to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and how from that understanding reconciled to your spirit, you are able to receive what follows the unction upon your identity as a child of God. Join me as we study the ways in which your identity can get you more than your credentials ever could. Readings: Matthew 6:31-33; Acts 19:15; Romans 3:4.

In this episode I unpack what it means to receive the help of God. It is important to understand the power of repentance and having a broken heart and bendable will before God. When you are still alive to yourself, it is very hard to receive anything from God, or for what He suggests to make any sense. The power of sin is in secrecy, and likewise the power to become all that God has purposed for y...

In this episode, I was led to share a little bit more insight on who your enemy is that you may be provoked to wake up from your slumber and not fight lazily when he does not rest himself. Most People tend to think that when Satan fell, his gifts and callings remained in heaven but those are without repentance. It means that everything that made him the distinctive cherub he was stayed with him, w...

In this episode I continue the last conversation we had on serving God as a response to a revelation in our hearts. Once you have learned to serve God as a response, it is not far from understanding fully how to Love Him and others as a response to how loved you have been yourself. It is the revelation of God's love for you as He defines it Himself that causes a man to respond to that love the...

In this episode, I wish by the grace of God to engage you in the conversation around serving, what is the correct way to serve and what is the detrimental way to serve that can give a foothold to the enemy and cause you to resent the God, who is love . When we have received by revelation the love of God, and allowed it to be shed abroad in our hearts, then we begin to worship Him intelligently and...

In this episode, we are unpacking the confidence and steadfast assurance by which any child of God can confess right without fear of disappointment. Whenever a believer thinks they can keep themselves, preserve themselves or do anything for their soul apart from Christ, that is when the enemy comes in because it was never designed to be that way. The opposite is true, when you boldly testify of th...

In this episode the Lord revealed a painful repetitive occurrence where as Christ's church we are not fulfilling our duty of making clear what is of God and what is not. Leaving room for abstract nuances and endless possibilities only gives the enemy and his cohorts more room and a foothold to deceive God's children by reason of ignorance. The Bible says to whom much is given much shall be...

In this episode, I felt the necessity to put you to remembrance of what you already know, the magnitude of the gift of salvation. Often times we familiarize with this miracle because it was freely given, but unless you learn to always be in reverent awe and always give thanks as the fruit of your lips, you cannot leverage all that salvation has to offer. In seventeen few minutes, join me as we stu...

In this episode, the Lord put it on my heart to highlight the difference between the boundaries of the world, which are for captivity while those of God are for freedom. Many times believer don't easily recognize the stark difference between restrictions according to the world and restrictions according to the Word, and the danger of this is to breed contempt towards God and His loving instruction...

In this episode, my spirit was provoked to stir your mind to ponder what intelligent worship is, how it can only be performed by understanding Who you worship. As the Apostle Paul walked around in Athena, a city that was staunchly religious in the worship of idols and different deities, He notices something that was wanting in their worship and uses it as stepping stone to introduce the Gospel amo...

In this episode I am led to share how the realities in the realm of spiritual excellence cannot come to man naturally but must be revealed to their souls. The same is the thought of God, Christ, holiness, sin, heaven and hell, all this sounds absurd and fairly abstract, almost unreal to the one that observes it carnally. Join me as we study how to allow the inward work of the Spirit to transform y...
