Burnout is an overwhelming exhaustion and in-ability to push on, usually brought about by too much stress. We all experience times of burnout, when we feel tapped out emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. In our fast-paced, 24-7 world, it isn't surprising that we become quickly exhausted.
