BE(coming) YOU

Dear friend,  This message is dedicated to you especially if you are: in the waiting place the I-don't-Know-if-it's-working space or I'm beginning to believe it IS WORKING. No matter what - it is.  Working. Beside you,  Angela

What made you smile today? What made you laugh? What challenged you? I hope you experienced presence within today. Your most cherished wisdom lives there. Going within,  Angela

Rising in your Leadership. What is missing? I contend that it is simply PRESENCE. Presence within as you bring your work into the world... Enjoy,  Angela

Today, I share a message that my pastor shared on Facebook after his sermon yesterday. I loved the invitation of it. Without rigidity. Without harsh judgment. But love. Invitation. Intimacy. For you and for me. Cherishing the journey with you,  Angela

I cherish this walk with you. I cherish your presence. I cherish this challenge with curiosity. Lean in, together,  Angela

It was a short night last night. 100% sometimes looks short and sweet, and that's okay. Amplifying grace. Until tomorrow,  Angela

Amplify your innate essence. Amplify your vision with a full heart and open hands. Release the attachment. What would evolve in leadership if we chose that? To be continued... Dr. Angela

This week is different. Because I chose to amplify the calling on my heart that I felt last week in Kenya. What calling on your heart do you hear? How are you connecting with it and answering it? Masterheart Rising,  Angela

Today is Day 1 in returning from a heart opening experience in Kenya. Today I will practice serving by being present and gratitude. I believe these intentions support the anchoring to allow the flow of our ALIVENESS to radiate more purely and unhindered. It's the gift of life. We get to choose to remember. Remembering,  Angela

Dear friend,  Imagine coming back to a similar situation with fresh eyes and new persepctive. Can you sense what new doors could open? I witnessed that today with my friends Pasilita and Anne. Enjoy,  Angela

Let's AMPLIFY connection. Let's AMPLIFY collaboration. Let's AMPLIFY contribution. To create meaningful and abundant impact. Together. Amen,  Angela

Processing... What just happened this week in Kenya? Healing and connection... Will share more...to be continued,  Dr. Angela

We had Day 5 of our chiropractic clinic. The leadership development within our team this week was profound. We are so grateful for the many hands that allowed us to serve over 4,000 visits in one week. In deep humble gratitude... Angela

Hey friend,  The journey in Kenya continues and I try to capture the depth of our experience.  It's crazy, challenging and so much fun! Sharing the Kenyan vibes,  Ange

Dear friend,  Our adventure keeps evolving, and getting better. I appreciate sharing my reflections with you as I am in Kenya. In ubuntu,  Dr. Angela

Day 2 and we finished our day serving hundreds of people in Kenya. I'm going through the experience right now and I KNOW the processing will begin later this week and on the return home. But - magic is having.  Miracles are occurring. With you,  Dr. Angela

Day 1 in our chiropractic clinic and we saw 400 people.  I share about my observations and challenges within as we embark in a new adventure. Enjoy the ride! With you,  Dr. Angela

We made it to Kenya after 30 hours of travelling.  I'll share way more tomorrow. In the adventure of life,  Dr. Angela

Today, we begin our journey to Kenya. In anticipation of a new adventure with new people. I'm really excited and so happy to share the journey with you, here. XO,  Angela

I got this. You got this. We all go this. Create from the internal wellspring of love frequency. Redirect when the scarcity shows up. Firmly and with care. I love you,  Dr. Angela

I'm noticing the frenetic energy that has whiffs of chaos. I'm noticing and activating God connection within to let it inform me. My brain wants to serve the yearnings of  my heart. I'm listening. Are you? Walking beside you with respect,  Dr. Angela

Let's take the raw materials and make a masterpiece.  Together! In the spirit of Ubuntu,  Dr. Angela XO

What can you prune away that allows for more fertile soil to regenerate in? What practical ways can you identify your masculine and feminine energies and how do they want to integrate? To be continued,  Angela

We are in this moment EXACTLY where we need to be. We have ALL the we need. Expand your consciousness around your raw materials. Let regenerate something that has never been created from what is here.  Now. Together,  Dr. Angela

Regenerating. Using the pure energy of you that is lit up. Rebuild from there. Evolve from there. Becoming,  Dr. Angela
