Beck Did It Better

It is the 56th anniversery of when Dark side of the Moon made it to #1 in the US. It was only up there for a week but was in the top 200 for 741 weeks. This is an old ass episode but it was back when we weren't sick of Floyd.

(And Aaron gives a bunch of kids heat stroke)  We also revist the Velvet Underground and A...

A tribe called quest released Scenario 34 years ago on March 24th 1992. What a coincidence because I didn't edit the next episode on time! Enjoy!

Wow. I was just looking at the last couple of Months and we have missed a lot of episodes. I'm not going to lie, I was in London, so this is my fault.  This is Feb 3rd, so it is the day the music died, and this podcast always celebrates this solemn day with a respectful discussion. We talk about flavor savers (time is a flat circle), and then I play a bad parody song and then drop the hammer Russ...

Listen. I know I released this already ,but for some reason it didn't come out on Apple Podcasts so I am releasing it again to see if that works. This is the episode from when we still enjoyed the podcast so much that we were adding episodes and for this one we covered Rolling Stone's list of the greatest rock Christmas songs of all time.  It has the first 12 days of Christmas songs on it and is n...

AUDIO FIXED. Thanks to our fans for pointing this out to me in lots of texts. I loved it.    Hey everyone. We are getting double teamed by the Beatles this week and it might make us cream our eyes out. We combined these two albums so we don't go insane. We talk about one of the greatest voices of our generation and of course I am talking about Russ and why he won't come to NYC for thanksiving (being forced to go to parades.)   We are talking about Janis Joplin- Pearl and we are blown away by the album. Great music, great voice, and just like Matt's love- language, the album is a touching tribute to a singer who died before the release.   Aaron we...
