A Path to Purpose

In episode 14, In lieu of Mothers Day I pay homage to the power of moms and share how mine shaped me to be the person who I am today,

In episode 13, I discuss the role of perseverance in our lives.  Not onlt can it transform our mindset and attitude, but also our ability to navigate through challenging seasons in our lives.

In episode 12, I get vulnernable and share my experiences with loneliness.  I believe we all relate to this topic, and more importantly make changes to help us move forward in the midst.

In episode 11, I am joined with my Jessica Smilo.  We discuss our shared passions and she opens up about the loss of her sister, and in the midst of persnal sacrifice, there can be fulfillment and purpose to be found.

In episode 10, I am joined with mindset coach Jacob Mark.  A great and educating conversation on the process of personal change, buiding mental reslience and how everyone can use whatever story for a greater purpose and fulfillment in life.

In episode 9, I get the opportunity to speak with Mellie.  We share the common struggles of navigating singehood post divorce, finding a silver lining of purpose in the midst of our challenges and how we can impact the world around us for the better.

In episode 8, i speak with Raymond Wright.  We discuss the painful experiences and life changing turning points of his past that has been used for a greater good and purpose.

In episode 7, Carolina and I discuss picking up the peices after heart break and divorce and the excitement and desire to love again.  

In episode 6, we uncover the new chapters and beginnings we can experience throughout life. Even our painful experiences can serve as new opportunities to start something powerful and new in our lives.

In episode 5, I speak with Nikeya about leaning into our faith in the midst of going through divorce.  We share our vulnerabilties, lessons learned and most importantly, how we can use these to shape a better future to impact others. 

In episode 4, we delve into the topic of self esteem and the people in our lives that helps shape it.  Our perception of how we view ourselves impacts our lives whether we like it or not.  It will influence our relationships, the decisions and the direction of our life path.
