It's our final movie review episode of the season, and we managed to accidentally end it on a cliffhanger. That's right, Fast X is the first half of what could be the end of the road for our heroes. This movie stacked the deck with even more famous faces by adding Brie Larson, Alan Richson, and Jason Mamoa to the cast. We're calling back to older Fast movies with Jason Mamoa bringing us Dante Reye...

In our ninth official entry in the Fast and The Furious Sag, we get a little more backstory on Dom. That backstory also introduces us to his brother, Jakob Torretto, played by John Cena. This franchise has been all about the bigger, badder, bad guy and this one brings things a little bit closer to home and tries to change things up a bit. We're now playing head games with Dom by bringing us his br...

We take a bit of a detour this week by driving onto a service road to see what's happening with the superhero-esque duo of Hobbs & Shaw. In a near complete departure from the Fast & Furious formula so far, we get a villain in the always fun to watch Edris Elba, who has christened himself as the Black Superman. We also welcome in a new member of the family in Vanessa Kirby playing Hattie Sh...

Director F. Gary Gray puts his stamp on the franchise with The Fate of the Furious, which brings Dom into direct conflict with the toughest villain he's had to deal with so far. His own team! He's gone rogue after being given some powerful information by the ultra-hacker Cipher, played with mustache twirling mastery by Charlize Theron. We're eight movies into this thing, surpassing almost every ot...

For the first time in several installments, the franchise is getting a shot in the arm with a new director. James Wan comes aboard this family adventure to direct Furious 7. This episode is memorable for many reasons as we officially collect more heroes and resolve a thread that Stephen and Travis have not been fans of thus far. This episode also marks the unfortunate exit of Paul Walker as Brian...

Listen and find out...

Released in 2009, Fast & Furious reignites our adventure with the original cast of the first movie. After a short cameo in Tokyo Drift, Dom is brought back into the fold along with Brian as the new adventures of our duo begin to take shape. The street racing plot is still on full display with this movie, but we can start to see the DNA of what the franchise becomes as the movie rolls along. Li...

The Fast crew has left the US and headed straight to Japan to explore the underground racing world of drifting. But wait...who are these new people? Where's Brian? Where's Dom? Does this movie have the ability to even keep our attention without the characters we've come to know and love? Travis and I both bring our own fresh opinions and it actually might surprise you where this movie lands in our...

On this second episode of Fast and Curious, our dynamic duo takes on 2 Fast 2 Furious! The franchise leaves the left coast in favor of the sunny shores of Miami, FL. This one was definitely a shakeup of the format from the first movie as it takes on a more "buddy cop" vibe.. We get some new cast members, but Vin Diesel is noticeably absent. What happened to him? Maybe we'll find out, or maybe we w...
