ASHLEY IS BACK! They made it to double digits! They go through their training week, Gaming and Anime News, first impressions on The Witcher Netflix, fan questions and more!

Nik is by himself this week and he kept it short! He discusses the changes in his training, speed talks his way through a whole bunch of news, and answers a question for someone struggling with conditioning!

Ashley & Nik have some new games and anime news to share! They also reflect on how Ashley transitioned from Powerlifting to Weightlifting and some of the struggles. Also, a dash of questions.

Ashley and Nik had a day... They rate and add more movies to the live action recreation list. There's some anime/game news, a little bit of table top talk, and some more questions were answered!
