It's a short and sweet podcast today I guess this past week has been the most action-packed week I've had in a while but like any its had it's quirks. I felt myself falling back into old ways and made sure to try and negate them. 

My life felt like it was falling apart last week but this week has been a lot better, so I decided to break down Episode #23 and talk about what I’ve done to get back on my horse and keep riding.

This past week for me has been my worst since coming back to the UK and it feels like I'm in a downward spiral, falling out of love with the world and not seeing any joy in it amongst other things.

A conversation with myself on my learnings from my time away. It had its ups and downs but in the end, it was one of the most liberating experiences of my life, something that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I'm Back! Having returned from India and now firmly back in the UK for the foreseeable future I wanted to revive the podcast and keep it going on a weekly basis.
