The Now Word

Great divisions are exploding throughout the world. The news cycle is almost entirely dominated now by a deepening hatred that is possessing nations, neighbours, and families. What is our voice in the midst of this as Christians, or rather, what should it be?

IN this recent interview with Christine Bacon, Daniel O'Connor and myself share our views on the "Timeline" we created in 2020. It incorporates the chronology of the Early Church Fathers, Scripture, and some approved private revelation. Christine asks us if the "seven seals" of Revelation Chapter 6 are still relevant, and how...

Mark Mallett and Prof. Daniel O'Connor reunite to discuss what the real heart of prophecy is — predicting the future, or calling us to the present moment?

The key to understanding the role of the Pope in the Catholic Church is realizing that Jesus did not establish a democracy on earth, but a monarchy ... a Kingdom.

In my dialogue with Protestants this past week, the inevitable question of the Catholic Mass arose. He listed three objections to the Mass and the Eucharist — and if he's right, the entire edifice of Catholicism will collapse.

Catholics and Protestants can go back and forth on doctrinal questions, but it always comes down to this: how we approach the Bible.

A Protestant reader objects to the Catholic priesthood, veneration of the Saints, and such things as relics saying that all the grace we need is provided to us through Jesus, the only Mediator between God and man. But is Jesus the only mediator of grace?

I received a letter from a Protestant reader saying there is no biblical evidence that the Virgin Mary can appear and speak to us on earth. Or is there?

It is time, once and for all, to finally put to bed the notion of God leaving us, of abandoning us, even when we sin...

IF you are searching for God, there are several reasons why you may not be finding Him...

THERE is coming a time, if we have not already entered it, when our religious clichés will collapse, when our formulas will fail, when all the supports upon which we have relied in the past will be pulled from beneath us . We will have nothing to depend upon — but Jesus.

If this “time of mercy” we're living in has been on a slow burn — prophecy seemingly unfolding as though in slow motion — it doesn’t mean it’s indefinite. In fact, we know it’s not. The "time of mercy" Jesus announced is coming to an end. Here are 10 reasons why the fuse is short...

As we turn the page of yet another year, one may begin to doubt the prophecies that God has given the Church over the past century and more that speak of a time of great trials and triumph. Are they simply untrue, or is everything unfolding according to God's designs?

From the Mediterranean to the Gulf of Mexico, from Japan to northern India, and across nearly the entire inhabited northern hemisphere, half the world was blanketed in crimson red light on November 11, 2025. Just another solar storm... or also a sign? CORRECTION: In this podcast, I referred to an “eclipse" over Calvary. However, as a reader pointed out, modern scholars suggest that a solar ec...

THE Church is anticipating, not the end of the world, but a coming "Era of Peace." But what follows? How does it all end?

THERE is a haunting line in the new novel by Michael D. O'Brien. It's about a letter that was written at the beginning of the collapse of civilization. The author wrote: "...there really is no place to run and hide. The time of the end is the time of no room." In this webcast, I look at how this speaks to our times — and where we really can turn as Christians in this brewing gl...

JESUS said that His sheep know His voice (John 10:4). But what does that mean if you can't hear Him? Or can you?

IF you are feeling tired and weary, confronted by the “signs of the times”, then know that Scripture predicted this hour of wearniness...

THE faster we move toward the end of this era, the closer we come to the beginning. The trial humanity is collectively facing is essentially the same one Adam and Eve faced in the Garden: the choice between obedience to the Creator and His designs... or to eat from "the tree of knowledge of good and evil" (Gen 2:9). Today, this ancient tree has taken on the form of artificial intelligenc...

St. Paul warned that the deception of the Antichrist would be accompanied by "signs and wonders that lie" (2 Thess 2:9). Two thousand years later, are we seeing that Scripture fulfilled through artificial intelligence? Transcript and other links: https://www.markmallett.com/blog/lyin-signs-and-wonders/

Christianity in America and even Canada is being conflated with conservative or “right-wing” political parties, as if the two are the same. Can they be?

AFTER I watched the ending of the Charlie Kirk Memorial, these words seemed to come from outside of myself: This is the moment ... the moment to reach our youth.

We have reached a new turning point in this present battle. Where the Now Word is going, and the need for your support.

A Great Vacuum was left for youth to be filled with an anti-Gospel. That reality has now come home to roost...  Read "The Great Vacuum": https://www.markmallett.com/blog/the-great-vacuum/
