The Least Of These - His Love Ministries

Send us Fan Mail This is a critical section of Scripture. Our calling to be one as the Bible defines oneness. In so many churches today we are fighting over the issues that we can agree to disagree on. What I mean is that we will not all agree on all the things the Bible says, we get caught up with election, predestination, tongues, and we fight over what color carpet to have or matters that just...

Send us Fan Mail Exodus 25:30 "And you shall set the showbread, the"bread of the Presence" on the table before Me always. These loaves were laid in the tabernacle in God’s presence for 7 days.  They were changed out every week and were not laid there as a sacrifice to God for Him to eat as the idol worshipping people did for their so called gods. This represented several things:  Fi...

Send us Fan Mail Jesus has fulfilled His mission by revealing who God is to the disciples who have been chosen by the Father.  That is our mission, to reveal to the world Jesus Christ who is both Lord and Savior (2Peter 1:11). He tells us that they are a love gift from the Father to the Son Jesus Christ and they are saved. The proof is they have kept His word. They know that Jesus is God and every...

Send us Fan Mail                   Every day we miss the mark on the greatest commandment to Love God like He deserves. He deserves first place in all we do and the way we do it should be pleasing to Him.  The second, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself" is quoted from Leviticus 19:18 and is the most often quoted OT command (8 times in the NT), 3 in Matthew alone.  This is one of t...

Send us Fan Mail Who or what is your God?  A god is anything we sacrifice to or for.  We can sacrifice all our time, money, and energy for a job, a hobby, family, or any number of things. These can be good things if put in the proper priority. We need to make sure that God is the only one who has first place in our life. When we have nothing that subtracts from what He wants us to do, life will be...

Send us Fan Mail The law was given through Moses, but the truth (the law) can only condemn.  It is God alone who can see us for who we really are inside and yet give us the grace that we don’t deserve.  Sometimes it is hard to remember that this is true.  Later in Mark 9:24 a man says to Jesus, Lord I believe, help my unbelief.  Do you ask God to help you as this man did to help you daily to trust...

Send us Fan Mail The disciples were alone with Jesus on the mountain of transfiguration in Mark 9 and Matthew 17 and they got a glimpse of who He truly is and heard the Father speak of how He was pleased with Jesus. They were able to hear a word from God and see a glimpse of His true glory only because they were alone with Him on the mountain.  Have you seen Jesus for who He truly is and realized...

Send us Fan Mail                            Acts 13:48 says When the Gentiles heard this, they rejoiced and honored the word of the Lord, and all who had been appointed to eternal life believed. Luke again stressed that the results of the preaching of the gospel were due to God's work. The Christian evangelists were only harvesting the souls that God had already prepared. "Once again the...

Send us Fan Mail In Psalm 107 When God's people were sick because of their sins and they cried out to Him, He restored them to health. The reference to God's Word having a part in their healing shows that spiritual nourishment plays a vital part in physical restoration. Such salvation should move God's people to make sacrifices to express their gratitude and to tell other people abo...

Send us Fan Mail John 17:1 Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, 2 "as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. 3 "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom...

Send us Fan Mail In Iconium the Jews and Gentiles tried to stone Paul and Barnabas, so they left as any sensible person would. They didn’t want to remain and be stoned or lynched by this mob. It is a wise Christian who always knows when to stand his ground and when to leave for the glory of God. Paul and Barnabas were following the directions the Lord Jesus gave to them and so they left to go to L...

Send us Fan Mail Biblical faith is in both a person and a message! It is evidenced by obedience, love, and perseverance. [1]  As we look at this section, we can see how these three explanations our Lord gave all fit together. He revealed a wonderful principle—God transforms sorrow into joy. But this principle will not work in our lives unless we believe His promise and pray. God has ordained that...

Send us Fan Mail        Acts 16:40 says A woman named Lydia, from the city of Thyatira, a seller of purple fabrics, a worshiper of God, was listening; and the Lord opened her heart to respond to the things spoken by Paul. Lydia being a rich woman was another of God’s unlikely candidates to get saved to start the Philippian Church. God also saved the cruel gentile jailer and a demon possessed woman...

Send us Fan Mail Psalm 107:43 says Let him who is wise pay heed to these things and consider the loving devotion of the LORD. The Lord not only controls nature as stated in an earlier verse, but He also controls the experiences of people. He humbles the proud, but He also exalts the humble. The godly observe this and rejoice, but the unrighteous keep silent. A wise person will reflect on these mat...

He gave Himself totally and completely because of His great love with which He loved us (Eph 2:4). Thi...
