Jesus came to unite Jews and Gentiles into one new man. The gospel has power to reconcile any groups or people, if both are willing to change. Ephesians 2:11-22 shows the beauty of this and how the purpose of such a unity is that the church becomes the dwelling place of God.

In Part 3 of this series, Paul shows the Ephesians three aspects of their testimony in chapter 2:1-10: Who they were without Christ, who God is, and who they are in Christ. In part 2 of the Ephesians series, Paul prays for the believers that the eyes of their hearts be enlightened to receive more revelation of who they are in Christ, for the sake of the responsibility given to the church.
