1 Pet. 2:9 isn't just something we should proclaim, but it is a call to spiritual service and duty to the Lord

A lesson to be learnt from Jesus interaction with a man in Luke 12:13-21

The Aramaic root of the phrase "Let Your Will be Done" does not mean surrender. Rather, it means availing yourself for a larger form of intelligence to operate through you. So, a better rendition will be "Let the Lord breathe His desires through me. May His vision be seen through my hands".

When God brings you to it, He too will bring you through it even more beautiful than it started. All He requires from you is a little faith, trust, and patience therefore, God is saying this morning: "do not throw away your confidence, HOLD THE FORT, help is nigh!"
