Mount Pleasant Christian Church

In a world full of fake smiles, quick tempers, and shallow love, we are all producing something. Every word, every choice, every action plants a seed in someone else’s life—either life-giving or toxic. And everywhere we look, we see the results of a world disconnected from God: anger boiling over, families fracturing, violence becoming routine, and hearts growing numb.   But what if that isn’...

What if the next few weeks could shift something in your life—and in someone else’s? That’s what we hope You’re Invited will do. Over four weekends, we’ll talk about things that matter most: who Jesus is, why His grace is a gift, what it means to follow Him, and why it’s worth it. It’s a series for you—and for the person you’ve been meaning to invite. This week, we see that Jesus in...

This isn’t business as usual. It’s time to rethink what it means to be the Church. Over the next three weeks, we’re challenging every person at MPCC to go All-In, not just with your time, but with your heart, your purpose, and your life. Because God’s not looking for spectators. He’s calling us to move. We’ll wrestle with questions like: What kind of church are we becoming? Where is your heart rea...

We’ve all run from something, a hard conversation, a tough decision, a call from God we didn’t want to answer. Jonah did, too. Most people know him as “the guy who got swallowed by a fish,” but his story is really about what happens when we run… and what grace looks like when we stop.   In this series, we’re looking at Jonah’s journey, not just the part with the fish, but the real-life stuff:...

Nearly Missing Easter is a two-week series that cuts through the noise of Easter chaos. Between the candy, the bunnies, the matching outfits, and the family dinners, it’s easy to get distracted and miss what Easter is really about. We’re diving into the moments when even the people closest to Jesus almost missed what He was doing and how we still do the same today. This week’s notes in the Bible a...

What if the greatest impact our church could make is how we see people, serve them, and how we share Jesus? This is for everyone is a bold call to cast wider, reach farther, and get serious about what Jesus has called us to do because everyone matters to Him. This is not just a series; it’s a shift in mindset, a commitment to action, and an invitation to be part of something bigger than ourselves....
