Romans 3:10-20 | The Effect of our Sinfulness: A Picture of Humanity's Spiritual Condition

This section and the previous one help us understand why Jews need Christ just as much as Gentiles do. Neither circumcision nor the law can rescue the jew from God’s wrath. Only the Gospel of Christ can do that.

Romans 2:17-29

Romans 2:12-15 Whether your sins are “without the law” or “under the Law,” all are judged by the law according to my gospel by Jesus Christ. God’s judgment is for everyone regardless of how they received the law. Last week we finished with vs. 11, that God doesn’t show favoritism. Vs. 12 shows us how God shows no partiality. God judges us by a fair standard, the law.

This message teaches us that the Gospel is needed for the self-righteous religious moralist as much as it is for the immoral pagan. Romans 2: 1-11

Psalms 63, 119 & 37

Romasn 1:21-32 Vs. 18 showed us God’s wrath against sin, and vs 19-32 show us the basis for God’s wrath against sin. The reason for God’s wrath against sin vs. 19-32 These verses are showing us how humans “by their unrighteousness suppress the truth” vs. 18. This section shows the breadth and depth of human sinfulness. This shows the Total Depravity of Mankind.

This message is an explanation of the importance of Christian Baptism. It discusses what baptism means, who is to be baptized, and how baptism normally takes place. Believers are encouraged to remember the significance of their baptism or follow the Lord in believer's baptism. Others are urged to receive Christ as their savior.

What happens right after you die? This message takes a look at what the Bible says, first about when a believer dies and second when an unbeliever dies.

This week in Romans 1:18-20, Paul lets us know about an absence of righteousness that is inexcusable. In light of this verdict, the gospel gains urgency. Romans 1:18-20 "Unexcused Unrighteousness: Sin's Suppression System."
