How did the first disciples come to know Jesus? How did they hear about him in the first place? How did they know he is worth following? Come and see!

After three weeks of sermons on the “Heartbeat of God,” what should our response be? Let’s examine our motivation for missions and answer the question: “How should I respond to God’s call to mission?” Let’s move from God’s heart...

Worship and mission are deeply connected, both flow from a heart that is captivated by God. John Piper said. “Missions exist because worship doesn’t." In this sermon, we will look at how worship motivates us to be involved in missions, and how missions can deepen our worship of God.

Translator: Elder Stanley Sy

In the Old Testament, God's heart for justice and mercy is evident in His concern for the poor, the widows, the orphans, and the foreigners. In this sermon, we will explore how God's call for justice and mercy motivates us to be involved in missions that address issues of poverty, injustice, and oppression.

Translator: Elder Edward Ong

Throughout history, from Genesis (the first book of the Bible) to Revelations (the last book of the Bible), God’s heart has been to bless all creation and to enjoy His fellowship forever. Today we will look at the Bible and discover how God’s promise to bless the nations through Israel serves as a motivation for us to make God’s heartbeat our priority.

James, being one of the first pastors of the Church, knows the problem of an action inconsistent with its faith. But he also knows the trouble with a tongue inconsistent with its faith. In fact, he addressed it right smack in the middle of his letter which was addressed to the scattered churches all over the world. What troubles can our tongues cause and how can we control it?
