Getting back into the podcasting game, Trailblazer Fire Tactics podcast has special Guest Alex Caldaro who dives down many rabbit holes about the fire service.

On this episode, a wide array of leadership is hit on from informal to formal.  This episode includes our very first special guest, Aaron Drake.  Drake is a career firefighter and has been career for around 12 years.  He currently serves as an engineer on a Rescue Company and is also a Relief Officer.  He throws in some very good perspectives based on experiences over the years...

This episode focuses on the importance of how having the right mindset is key to success, at or away from the firehouse.  The topic of search vs. water on the fire is also hit on towards the end.  We are still new at this so let us know what you think!

This first episode gives an introduction into what Trailblazer Fire Tactics is all about. The founders give a short bio and even some talk about mindset and how it relates to trust and checking the rig. There is a small audio issue when discussing where Trailblazer Fire Tactics come from but we will address that in future episodes.
