If you're looking for gentle yet frank and authentic conversations about the ins and outs of grief, loss and life in the aftermath, then this is your place. I'm Lori Peters, a veteran griever and licensed grief counselor. I use my personal and professional knowledge to talk about grief in all its messy aspects. I'm far from being an expert, but I'll share what I do know to help you navigate one of the hardest moments of life, when you've lost something or someone. Loss is universal but grief is unique for each of us. I feel honored and blessed to serve in this way as your guide and supporter.
