Mike and Dave review the games from the first round of each series of the NBA playoffs.  Mike’s Boston Celtics look great against the Brooklyn Nets.  There are several key injuries that will affect a few series, and the guys break them down.

Mike and Dave talk about the NY Yankees week of games. They lost 2 of 3 to Baltimore, and bounced back to win 2 of 3 vs Detroit.  The Yankees offensive struggles continue, and the guys continue to beat up the inconsistent lineup that manager Aaron Boone puts out each day.

Mike and Dave review the first week of New York Yankees games.  They review the opening series with their rival the Boston Red Sox, as well as division opponent the Toronto Blue Jays.  The Yankees are 3-3 after 6 games but are playing pretty well after one week.

Mike and Dave talk about the New York Yankees team position by position.  They talk about the moves the team made, and how far they think they will go in the playoffs.

Mike and Dave break down the NCAA championship game victory by the Kansas Jayhawks over the North Carolina Tar Heels.  

Mike and Dave continue their MLB preview and talk about the NL East.  Back on the show are Tony Otero (Mets fan) and Jared Barton (Pirates fan) to give us their takes on the National League.  The party of 4 does a bit of a round table and gets into some great discussion on baseball in general.  

Mike and Dave begin their MLB preview talking about the Central Divisions in the AL and NL.  Our good friend Steve Gross drops in and talks about all the teams, including his hometown Colorado Rockies.  The guys also get Steve’s take on the New York Yankees success for the upcoming season.

Mike and Dave talk about the NCAA tournament games that have led to the Final Four.  The tournament produced some great moments like 15 seed St. Peter’s making it all the way to the regional final.  The guys also pick the winners of the Final Four games and championship game.

Mike and Dave talk about the end of the MLB lockout, and look forward to the season beginning.  They talk about the moves the Yankees have made, as well as some of the big trades and signings that have happened.

Mike and Dave discuss the last week in the NBA and NCAA basketball.  NBA highlights include the top teams in both conferences, as well as the NY Knicks and the LA Lakers.  NCAA basketball finished the regular season and the guys talk about the top teams as well as Double Dip Dave’s disappointing Syracuse Orange. 

Mike and Dave welcome their west coast correspondent Jeremy Hamlett to discuss the west coast sports vibe.  They talk about the Rams Super Bowl 56 victory, and how Los Angeles as a city set up for the big game.  The Dodgers, LA Kings, and Lakers get sprinkled in to get a full sense of all that is the LA sports scene.

Mike and Dave talk about the NBA season as it reaches the all-star break.  They break down the teams that are in current playoff spots in both conferences, as well as the individual statistical leaders.

Mike and Dave review the Los Angeles Rams close victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl 56.  The guys break down each quarter and the big drives and key plays for both teams.  

Mike and Dave review all the action at the NBA trade deadline.  They highlight the James Harden for Ben Simmons trade between the Brooklyn Nets and the Philadelphia 76ers, but get into all the trades that happened as well.

Mike and Dave breakdown the Super Bowl 56 matchup between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams.  They look at all the positions and units, including the coaching staffs.  Finally the guys make their game predictions.

Mike and Dave break down the two outstanding NFL conference championship games.  They go quarter by quarter and analyze the drives by each team, highlighting key moments.

Mike and Dave break down what was arguably the greatest two days of NFL playoff games.  All four games came down the the final possession, with three game-winning field goals and an overtime touchdown.  Listen to the guys discuss the games and key plays.  They also make their predictions for the conference championship games.

Mike and Dave break down the NFL wild card weekend games.  The guys review the ending to the 49ers win over the Cowboys and how dominant Dave’s Buffalo Bills were against New England.  They also discuss the coaching vacancies, and preview the divisional round games.

Mike and Dave finally break down some NBA games and story lines.  Steph Curry just broke Ray Allen’s record for most 3 pointers made all-time.  The Warriors and Suns are playing great team basketball.  The Lakers and Clippers are struggling, and so are the 76ers.  Also the guys check in on the statistical leaders.
