This episode fills us with Rage! Rage 2 that is. Which is now out to some very interesting reviews...    Gears 5 has leaked - well just the box art and the release date, and we can't say we're impressed. More devs are joining The Initiative. Monster Hunter World gets all frosty. More games are becoming Epic Store exclusives, and we're not cut up about it at all. And it looks like Anthem burned E...

Two weeks worth of #NuNews? Lets do this!   Anthem might be less annoying now, according to Lee. Mixer is giving away free Sea of Thieves Loot. Microsoft is worth one trillion dollars . And XCloud reached the take home milestone causing the abundance of cake. All this exciting news, and yet, we somehow spend time trying to describe some third party Xbox controller concept . No one ever said we wer...

It may be April 1st, but there are no fools on this week's podcast!  Well, maybe Lee..   Speaking of April Fools, a bunch of games are testing out "being funny" and leading the charge is Rainbow Six Siege with their Rainbow is Magic event! Everything is cute, cuddly and very, very pink. Perfect for inducing the rage you have hidden inside you. For Honor does one better and add Rabbids (those very...

This is a very confused episode of NuNews. We're so confused we even live streamed it to our YouTube channel using Lee's phone. You may want to check it out - Kyle was called the "Chris Evans of podcasting".   Apart from being confused, news is very Sea of Thieves heavy, because Kyle loves it still. We go over the trusted Xbox Gameplay Chart that Lee loves, welcome two new games to BackCompat, t...

The Xboxcast stand with the Muslim community, Christchurch and New Zealand. We refuse to let the actions of one individual speak for all of us.  If you feel compelled to donate, you can do so on the Christchurch Victims Fund  Give-a-little page.   --   What have we been playing for the last two weeks? The answer may, or may not, surprise you!  But the answer is indeed very little. It seems we have...

With GDC kicking off, the news cycle is starting to kick off. Sorta.  Maybe.   The big news this week is of course Google Stadia - the new game streaming service from Google that runs right in your browser. Hey, we never said it was a good idea either... Welcome to yet another GameFace! episode. And the theme seems to have been surviving...   Surviving a few weeks with not many games played that is!   For some reason, our heroes have found themselves short on leisure time... Which means you get to listen to Lee talk about Destiny and Anthem for days! Kyle has decided to check out Surviving Mars after its many updates, which almost turned into a br...

Looks like we have gone to Venus to get the beer this time...    NuNews for the week of March 4th and it looks like all the news is waiting for GDC which is coming at our faces very soon!  Lee loves his gameplay charts, and this week nothing is causing waves. Which causes Lee to go looking at the UK Game Charts where we find Anthem is still number 1... Theres news of Xbox Game Studios acquiring...

NuNews for the week of February 25th.   Since trying to become beer reviewers, we've had an overwhelming lack of feedback. Which clearly means everyone loves it and we shouldn't stop! This week we kick off talking about one of Kyle's favorites - Monteiths Sumer Ale. A sweeter beer that Lee tries very hard to say good things about...   In the news this week, we go over Lee's beloved game chart from...
