This week's episode is pretty quick.  We discuss Calumet Farm, a single rack black 14-year bourbon.  Barreled in March of 2006, it comes from just 19 barrels and is owned by Western Spirits Beverage Company. We also compared it alongside Sam Houston, which is also another 14-year product owned by Western Spirits.  

Happy New Year! This week we are kicking off the new year with Barrell Bourbon's 2021 New Year. This one shocked us both because it was so dangerously smooth.  A blend of 5, 9, 10, and 11-year old straight Bourbon Whiskeys, distilled in 7 different states and 113.9 proof cask strength aged in white oak barrels.
