Episode 41 - Out the Gates Like A Fat Usain Bolt 23.08.2023

Time difference confusion between Cambridge and South Africa can only mean one thing - another double header weekend at ECC. The Ealing Cricketer witnesses not only the return of jet-lagged Leigh, but a certain Andy Laws rising from the dead and the 3s loyalty to their club is debated as they witness a Harjot red-inker century from the sidelines.

Episode 40 - I Know The Value Of Two Cricket Runs 17.08.2023

Still no Leigh this week so Mungo flies solo, getting updates on the Women's league title, the 1s' title charge and the absolute chaos at Popesfield.

Episode 39 - In Good Nic 17.08.2023

Leigh's away so there's another guest host this week as we catch up on all the weekend's action, Felly diagnoses some injuries, Stowy breaks not one but two Richmond helmets and Lexi tells us her favourite podcaster.

Episode 38 - The Bear's Hungry 20.07.2023

It’s all happening at Corfton Road this weekend with a wet President’s Day, a Harjot Rajasansir come back, a bring-your-son-to-work game for Scott Ensom and a well-fought but ultimately unfortunate Sunday for the 1s in the T20. Rain may mess with play but the ECC always carries on.

Episode 37 - You Do You Boo 13.07.2023

For a week where the top three sides only managed four points between them, there is a lot of content in this episode: There's a guest host, Arjun Tendulkar flies to the UK just to be on the pod, Cabs throws a chair, Simmo doesn't help pick up tea, Mungo interviews himself, and Tammy tries her hand at asking the questions (Spoiler: it doesn't go well).

Episode 36 - The Drunk Leigh Parry Episode 28.06.2023

Some cricket was played, some cricket was discussed. Leigh turns up late and drunk, soon proving why podcasting at 11pm on a Saturday is not always the best idea. Mungo tries and fails to stop a party at the ECC, and one of the teams manages to win on 'expected wickets'.

Episode 35 - No Comment 23.06.2023

A Robbie White century sees the 1s back in form this week as the 2s fall to local rivals despite captain Glas taking a 5-fer. The 3s have No Comment, and the Ladies make easy work of Sunday runs. A late pod, but never fear - the Ealing Cricketer is here.

Episode 34 - Druncated 14.06.2023

A long hot weekend has the Ealing Cricketer up to all hours of Saturday night. The Lord returns to Corfton Road, Joyti smashes his 1s debut, Ladies captain Lizzie makes a season prediction and an AJ special Double Word of the Week.

Episode 33 - Brain Frog 07.06.2023

Tom Shaw finally sees it clearly this week at the ECC as the 1s’ double header of a weekend is a nail biter with junior Seb Morgan stepping up to the wicket. Alex Fell has long socks and makes short work of Sha-Bu and AJ pays absolutely no attention to any cricket whatsoever.

Episode 32 - The Leigh Parry Exposé 01.06.2023

Leigh is off this week so Mungo steers the ship on his own, catching up with some of the guys on a disappointing weekend for the Club. The 3s once again buoy the gang with another impressive win; for the second week in a row there's some poetry...and Mungo has his revenge, not to be missed.

Episode 31 - What Do You Reckon Unicorn S**t Tastes Like? 24.05.2023

What a weekend for the ECC. The 1s beat major rivals Teddington at home and the 3s literally hit it out of the park at North London. Sadly the Glasper Flick fails to get the 2s across the line, but AJ is climbing trees and has discovered toilet humour. It’s all happening on the ECC podcast.

Episode 30 - He’s Going To Be a Wizard, It’s Genetic 17.05.2023

All bets are on for the Ealing Cricketer this week, as there is finally some cricket able to be played. A strong performance from teams across the weekend sees Leigh and Mungo chatting to poorly-prepped but on-form Stowy, new Ladies Overseas Holls, and a few more special guests. In addition, a massive congratulations from all at Podcast HQ to Scott and Kelly who welcomed ECC's future opening bowle...

Episode 29 - If It's Said On The Podcast, It's True 06.05.2023

1 game, 1 trophy, 1 trip to Denmark - what a start to the season. Leigh and Mungo fly by Billund on their way to Richmond CC and hear from some of the key players in Ealing’s first victory. No-one counts net wickets but Kristian Martin was the most out LBW of all time, Scott Ensom is permanent class, and new Aussie Nic falls victim to the Ealing injury curse.

Episode 28 - I'm A Bad Little Podcaster 22.04.2023

The boys are back, and it's very much a preseason feel to this episode. We hear from one of the groundsmen, one of the new overseas players and our new head of women's cricket.

Episode 27 - H-Pod-Cast 27.02.2023

In episode 2, Mungo and Leigh check in with AJ, review the listener feedback they received, and chat to someone very special - some bloke in Barbados called Harry Podmore.

Episode 26 - Have We Started Yet? 13.02.2023

The Ealing Cricketer is back for Season 2, with your favourite hosts catching up on all their winter cricket and non-cricketing activities. A new season, a fresh start, and the same hashtag debates ensue.

Episode 25 - Cabs' Last Ride 08.09.2022

Another season is in the books, another summer done and dusted; but more important than the last game of the season, it was an ECC legend's final game for the club: Ahsan Faraz is this week's guest host, and we'll hear from a number of club stalwarts on the Career of Cabs, off the field incidents, mishaps and mayhem and the occasional nice word too.

Episode 24 - Sorry, Sorry! I Was Recording A Podcast! 02.09.2022

They've done it!! The 3s have WON THE LEAGUE! It's absolute mayhem on the pod tonight as no-one can contain their excitement...there's a guest host sitting in with Mungo and Leigh, of course we have a lot of three-letter abbreviations and Sully wastes everyone's time somewhere in the middle.

Episode 23 - #NedRussell 24.08.2022

It's another roundup of the 1s, 2s and the 3s - who can WIN THE LEAGUE next week and complete an incredible season of drama and action. There's some very helpful agony aunt answers, and Mungo learns the hard way not to leave Leigh in charge of the pod...

Episode 22 - He's A Tornado Sort Of Guy 19.08.2022

It's another post-match changing room special, another in-person record, with guests from the 1s, 2s and 3s all making an appearance.

Episode 21 - If I Batted Naked I'd Be Less Likely To Kick 'Em 12.08.2022

It’s another exciting Ealing Cricketer episode that will leave listeners and hosts literally on the edge. We hear from several special guests from the 1s, 2s and 3s; Mungo waffles on as Leigh leaves and comes back again; and there is more than just one enthusiastic word of the week. P.S. The podcast would like to note that it was actually 4 from 4 wins this weekend, as the Ladies 1st XI were also...

Episode 20 - We'll All Be Drinking From My Waterhole Of Runs 03.08.2022

After last week's non-pod, an EXTRA SPECIAL episode with Mungo and Leigh recording IN PERSON after a superb weekend for the ECC. There's more guests than you can shake a stick at, all queuing up at the dressing room door to chat to the guys. Warning: Contains strong nonsense.

Episode 19.1 - An Apology 29.07.2022

There's no pod this week as both Mungo and Leigh have been too busy doing other, non-pod relating things. Instead there's a brief apology from Mungo, as well as hearing from Alex Gallimore in Galli's Day Out. See you next week!

Episode 19 - This Interview Will Not Continue Without A Formal Apology 21.07.2022

Leigh's back this week and returns to the co-hosting chair with Mungo - they speak to Cabs who got some wickets, Ned who got some runs and the undoubted star of the week - Gravesy - after his unbeaten century helped the ECC to the double over North Mid.

Episode 18 - Bipolar Bears Like To Play With Pebbles 15.07.2022

On a warm summer's night, Mungo and a sweaty special guest host chat all things ECC. From the disappointing weekend for the 1s and 2s, the 3s title fight, to bipolar bears and beating 6-yr-olds at monopoly - it's f-ing hot down at podcast HQ.
