Can you handle straight forward advice?  Moses does, and from his father-in-law.

Needed, old Godly men, to mentor the next generation 07.07.2022 9:44 ↓

My quick take on Exodus 18:1-12, and a nice worship/fellowship/meal at the end:)

4th of July and History, and the Bible and reading it. I mentioned on the last podcast about how Amalek did not fear God and that he attack the rear of Moses people traveling in the wilderness. How did I know that?  Dear. 25:17-19 tells us:)

We do, but God brings the victory. Exodus 17:8-end 29.06.2022 6:59 ↓

God once again comes through, while showing Moses just how weak he is.  All good, because, we are not God, nor is Moses. We have a part to do, and we need to do it, but it is dependent on God coming through.  And He is Fsithful

Exodus 17:1-7. Can we complain 28.06.2022 10:54 ↓

Being thirsty will make us all complain.

They had meat too. Exodus 16:9-end 27.06.2022 10:45 ↓

Eat meat?  I do.  I love it.  Quail? Not so much, but that was on the menu.  Daily.  God provides, we enjoy, and we worship.

Bread from heaven, what a miracle (Exodus 16:1-8 25.06.2022 7:12 ↓

Israel grumbles, but God still provided.  What are you grumbling about?

Grumbling, it’s what we do 23.06.2022 5:01 ↓

Just three days after the crossing of the Red Sea, just three days from such an amazing miracle, just three days from singing Gods praises, and they start to complain.

Our God is worthy of all of our praise.  He is looking for us to worship Him in spirit and in truth.

God is not done with anyone here.  He is still at work.

Who do you fear more? Man or God Exodus 14 17.06.2022 9:41 ↓

This is a great test for Israel, and they show their true colors right away.  But we all do, don’t we.  When it hits the fan, our real flesh comes out.  Oh we of little faith. But God is faithful.

The killing of thousands, in one night 07.06.2022 8:05 ↓

Death is very final.  For those who do not believe in the Living God and the resurrection to come in Christ Jesus, death is it, but there is more.  Damnation for ever or heaven.  In a heart beat, Israel heard the pain of death while escaping it.  How about you?

How much of Gods word do you really know?

God is very clear on the what, how and the why 03.06.2022 11:38 ↓

At the beginning of Exodus 12, we get many of the details that are given, that is Passover. What a great God we serve

Taking on the sun god Ra, Exodus 9:21-end 27.05.2022 7:11 ↓

I read the passage last time.  Here I am reflecting on the darkness…

Total Darkness… praise God for light 26.05.2022 5:39 ↓

Exodus 10:21-end tells of this complete darkness that could be felt, that fell on all of Egypt for three days… so there is nothing that can easily explain it away.  This flys in the face of the chief god of Egypt, Ra, the sun god.  What god are you worshipping in place of the living God?

Exodus 9 we see God deal a death blow to Pharaoh, who still hardens his heart. How about you?  Heart still hardened toward God?
