This is the episode I've been wanting to do for several years and it was well worth the wait! We were joined by Amy Oxenham of Brick Vault Brewery and Barbecue and desert renaissance man Tony Drewry. Stories of west Texas magic were shared, the beans in chili topic was fiercely debated(ok maybe not fiercely) and Tony shared his secret thumb technique for shotgunning beers.
